Progress update with my guy @_.yahya___

Proud of the work he’s been putting in so far, but I see WAY more potential! The foundation is being built, and the transformation ahead is going to be CRAZY. Now it’s time to turn the heat up, raise the standards, and take things to another level. We’re not settling for good progress when GREATNESS is possible ‼️

TRUST THE PROCESS. WE’RE JUST GETTING WARMED UP 🤫

For training inquiries click the link in my bio, DM me or comment “Get Fit” and I’ll reach out to you to set up a consultation call 📲

All Glory to God…Hyrox DC 2026 ✅

This was more than just my first Hyrox Race, it meant more than that to me…My partner @coachkp._ and I put blood sweat and tears into training for this race and I can’t thank @juantanam0_ enough for all the ways he’s invested into us 🙏🏾 This race was proof to me that the work you put in is the result you get out, all the hard work payed off and we debuted our first (of many) Hyrox Race with a time of 1:04 minutes! It was short of our original goal but that just means we gotta get back in the lab and at our weaknesses before the next race ✍🏾 SUB-60 we coming for that A*S!

Last but not least I did this for my people of Togo 🇹🇬 I won’t stop chasing my goals until I’ve helped put my country on the map for the whole world to know who we are!! Love and appreciate everyone who supported, even the ones that couldn’t make it there physically. Till next time @hyroxworld 🫡

From day 1 to now…Watching my first client @it_faviour aka Ms.Consistency, transform has been bigger than just weight loss or muscle gained. It’s been about discipline, confidence, consistency, and proving to herself she’s capable of more! She stuck with me and @hodperformance25 through the process and trusted the blueprint!

Proud doesn’t even describe it. This is why I do what I do. The first transformation story of many. Let’s keep building!
