There’s 2 Phases

Get Your Blank
& Do The Vintage Fade At A Dye House

For Your Blank -

Make Sure it’s 100% Cotton

Size Up Because The Shirt Is Going to Shrink Down A Size After The Wash Process

The Dye Process -

Tell Them You Need Reactive Dye
So Your Shirts Won’t Turn Brown When You Potassium Spray

Ask For Heavy Enzyme Wash
So Your Shirts Feel Super Soft & Broken Into

Distressing Takes Time So it’s Expensive

LA Manufacturing Is More Expensive But
It’s A Great For Anyone Interested
In Being Part of The Process.

I Made A Vintage Sun Faded Dress Shirt 🖤

This idea came from thinking 🤔

How would a button up shirt look
if I make it look old and dusty but in a clean way

So I figured I’ll just do the same wash process I do with my vintage distressed tees

I dyed the black , washed them with enzyme & pottasium sprayed them.

The Result is a bunch of 1 of 1 Pieces That Look Completely unique & vintage 🔥

How I Designed My Own Tshirt Silhouette.

The Design Of My Blank is
A Sleeveless Boxy Crop Tee
That Fits Oversize & Cropped.
( Paly Hollywood Erd Style Fit )

This is the process

Pre-Production
consist of 5 steps

Designing the silhouette
Making the pattern
Sourcing the fabric
Sewing the sample
And Sending it off to the dye house for shrinkage test

After the FINAL SAMPLE IS confirmed

I approve the fit & move onto THE production phase

Pattern → Grading → Marker → PLOTS → Cutting → SEWING → Screenprint → Wash House → Finishing

Everything was manufactured in LA supporting local businesses
