Finally, I get to buy one for myself. After years of creating content, parang ang surreal lang na may little upgrade na rin for me. 🥹

Tapos sakto pang midnight launch, may 51k worth freebies pa! HAHAHA. Parang bata na excited magbukas ng regalo. 😂🫶🏻

Sharing this experience kasi sometimes, we get so busy working and doing things for everyone else that we forget to celebrate our own wins, too. 🤍

Yep here’s my BIR Seal. 🇵🇭✨

Years of complying, processing, registering, filing, and doing my part as a Filipino citizen and business owner. ✅

And as a content creator + digital marketer, I hope we can also start having more conversations about fair compensation for creators.

We love supporting local brands. We love discovering products and creating content for businesses we genuinely believe in.

But content creation is also work.

There’s strategy, shooting, editing, scripting, revisions, posting, audience trust, equipment, time and years of experience behind that “simple” Reel.

So hopefully, as brands continue to invest in influencer and creator marketing, they also consider paying creators fairly, instead of relying purely on x-deals. 🥹

X-deals can be fun when both sides genuinely see value in the exchange. But not every collaboration has to be an x-deal.

Sometimes, the fairest collaboration is simply paying someone for the work they do. ✨

Small reminder from one Filipino creator/business owner to another:

Sometimes I get so caught up in everything that I forget to actually pause.

So this was my little reminder that taking time for yourself isn’t pagiging selfish. ✨

Tried a HeadSpa at Glowgeous Aesthetics Spa and honestly, ang sarap lang magkaroon ng quiet time where you don’t have to think about anything else for a while.

My curls after using the Curl & Define routine 🥹💗

Before: dry, frizzy, and some curls were doing their own thing. 😂

After: more defined, bouncy and actually looking like I put effort into my hair. ✨

The routine:

Had so much fun at the Cream Silk Pro Salon: Salon on Wheels! Got my hair styled by a pro using philips straightener, explored the issy make up booth and just enjoyed a little beauty day. 💇🏻‍♀️✨

I love events like this where you get to experience the products instead of just seeing them.🥹

Had so much fun experiencing the Cream Silk Pro Salon: Salon on Wheels and getting my hair styled by a pro using @philipspersonalcare.ph Hair Styling Tools + @issyandcompany make ups + Cream Silk Pro Salon.

Also got to explore the booths and all the fun activities! 😍
Definitely one of those events where you come for the experience and leave feeling extra put together. ✨
