Here are my genuine recommendations after my Italian babymoon. Stay in Anacapri. Visit Capri Town on your own terms — after the boats clear, before the sunset crowds arrive.

3 nights minimum. Save this for your next Italy trip 📌

Rumor has it, Caesar Augustus is reportedly becoming a Four Seasons — get there before everyone else does.

Planning Sicily? Don’t skip Palermo. 🇮🇹

It’s not as polished as Taormina — and that’s exactly why it’s special.

Palermo is grand, chaotic, historic, delicious, and completely unforgettable. Think old-world hotels, Arab-Norman palaces, market mornings, cannoli in cloisters, private boat days from Mondello, and some of the best food in Sicily.

Save this Palermo guide for:
• Where to stay
• Where to eat
• What to do
• Best experiences
• A 3-day itinerary

Would you add Palermo to your Sicily trip?

For your first day in Ischia, take it easy, soak up the sun and adjust to the time zone. Arrive early to the hotel and enjoy lunch by the pool followed by a some seaside lounging. Follow that with a thermal bath experience (included with your Mezzatorre stay) and have a sunset cocktail as you watch the sunset over the Bay of Naples. End the day with a fantastic and elevated dinner service at La Torre at your hotel. #cestlasophie #ischia #mezzatorre taken in Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa by @cestlasoph

Long overdue…Saint Barths, the chic edit.
Long lunches at Shellona, sunset drinks at Eden Rock, dinner at Bonito, and just enough Nikki Beach.
