no excuse ‼️

I hurt myself 4 weeks ago on my right ankle

I got less sleep and i was too hard working out and then the accident happened by dancing

So thats the past ‼️

Still cannot workout my legs and i feel how imprtant and how much more energy comes from the legs when you work out

So dont ever skip legday if your healthy

I will be hopefully soon back to shake the hips again 🕺

Believe in yourself and see every punch from life as a lesson ‼️
