A patch on the arm doesn’t determine a player’s future. And it doesn’t guarantee a college player’s success. There’s a narrative in youth soccer that the best players are all in one place, in one league, on one path. Without a true European-style promotion and relegation pyramid structure, talent will continue to exist everywhere. At Cleveland Football Academy, we believe in finding and developing players who want to pursue the dream of college soccer and beyond. We don’t rely on a platform to do the work for us. We’re building an environment for players who are serious about development — who want to be pushed, seen, and given a real pathway forward. Because this isn’t about leagues or labels. It’s about doing right by players. And we’re not afraid to do things differently to make that happen. by @cfa_cleveland

We’re incredibly proud of the continued growth of the CFA Girls Program. At Cleveland Football Academy, we take pride in our boutique and elite method to player development.  Across our 2007/2008 birth years, we’ve had 20 players — and 9 have committed to play at the next level. 3 players at the Division 1 level. That’s a 45% college placement rate. In a landscape where bigger leagues and bigger price tags are often marketed as the only path to college soccer, our players continue to prove otherwise. College recruitment isn’t about a logo, a league, or how much you spend. It’s about development, consistency, and being in the right environment. There’s more than one way to get there — and our players are showing it. If you’re serious about playing in college, we’d love to see you at tryouts. ⬆️ Click the link in our bio to register for tryouts! by @cfa_cleveland

This fall, Cleveland Football Academy is incredibly proud to see the leadership of our U18 Boys recognized across Northeast Ohio, with so many of our players serving as captains for their high school teams: ⚽ Nico – Mayfield ⚽ Brock – Cleveland Heights ⚽ Kyle – University School ⚽ Colin – Mentor ⚽ Emanuel & Johannes – Shaker Heights ⚽ Duncan – Gilmour Academy Being named captain is about far more than ability—it reflects character, work ethic, commitment, and the respect earned from teammates and coaches. These young men embody the PHIDO principles every day, demonstrating leadership both on and off the pitch. We are incredibly proud of the players they have become and know they will continue to lead by example throughout the season. PHIDO Beyond Football. Future leaders. Proudly CFA. 💙⚽ by @cfa_cleveland

A special CFA shoutout to Rory and Hadley! 💜💗 When Rory was looking for extra training this summer, CFA alum Hadley stepped in to help. Hadley just graduated from the club and will be starting her freshman year at Mount Union. We love seeing our older players pour into the next generation. Once CFA, always CFA! ⚽️ by @cfa_cleveland
