This Sunday, Brock begins his
CFC Barcelona Development Experience.

Up to 12 sessions per week, training and playing alongside Spanish players, and developing through 11v11, futsal, streetball and futevôlei.

Dylan is past the half way mark and his growth is showcasing day in and day out.

Coachability and willingness to growth while understanding the process explains how Dylan's approach to development has been.

Great to see players come out and trust the process. Never complains, comes works with a smile on his face and takes in all the feedback.

TRAIN WITH COACH ÁNGEL

Developed in Barcelona’s Spanish fútbol system, Coach Ángel brings more than nine years of experience playing and training in Spain.

His background includes competing and developing across multiple fútbol modalities, giving him a complete understanding of the game and how to develop intelligent, creative, and adaptable players.

For the past seven years, Ángel has coached and developed players in both Spain and the United States, combining Spanish methodology with an ability to connect with players from different backgrounds.

Beginning in October, Coach Ángel will offer individual and small-group training sessions in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area designed around each player’s specific developmental needs.

A few weeks in and Dylan is seeing gametime in the preseason.

Throughout his first few weeks have been filled two a day sessions, trainings in different modalities and now minutes in games against spanish players.

Showing maturity, growth and determination. He is growing as a player and person everyday. Dylan is the type of coachable players we love to have.

Follow his journey in Barcelona for the next 45 days before he returns back to Grand Rapids area.

Week two in Barcelona and....

Dylan is experiencing football in a completely different way.

Today, he begins incorporating the futevôlei modality into his development, challenging his touch, coordination, explosivity, balance, creativity, and ability to control the ball in new situations.

Every day brings a new lesson, a new challenge, and another opportunity to grow. Dylan continues to train, adapt, and push beyond his comfort zone.

One thing has become very clear: Dylan has no quit in him.
