At ILC 2026, Pst. Chika Wabara challenges us to look beyond the excitement of saying “Yes” and embrace the understanding that sustains our “Yes” when the demands of the assignment become real.

Kingdom service requires more than willingness; it requires a clear understanding of what we have committed ourselves to.

The breakout sessions at ILC 2026 brought chapter leaders into focused conversations, sharing experiences, challenging ideas, and reflecting on their leadership responsibilities.

From the realities of local church leadership to the need for more effective ways to communicate the Gospel, these sessions created room for honest conversations and fresh perspectives.

Because effective leadership doesn't end with what we know — it shows in how we respond, what we build, and the lives we impact.

Ownership is more than having a title; it is taking responsibility, being accountable, and taking initiative as though the vision were yours.

At ILC 2026, Pst. Daniel emphasized the importance of staying anchored to the vision, allowing it to guide every decision and action.

When you understand WHY you are here, the vision fuels your passion, pushes you beyond your comfort zone, and empowers you to become a force multiplier.

Don't just occupy a position. Take ownership of the vision and make your contribution count!

“Leadership is not about managing people, but multiplying people.”

#ILC2026, Our Highly Esteemed IGS, Pst. Faith Daniel Oweibe reminds us that true leadership goes beyond positions, titles, and authority. It is about investing in people, helping them grow, and raising others who can carry the vision forward.

The true measure of leadership is not just what you accomplish, but the people you develop and the legacy you leave behind.

Who are you raising to carry the vision forward?

What does it mean to lead with excellence?

At #ILC2026, Pst. Gift Mueka reminded us that excellent leaders take ownership, see problems as assignments, and leave things better than they found them.

You don't need a perfect environment to demonstrate excellence. You need the right spirit, a clear vision, a commitment to growth, and the courage to give your best wherever God has placed you.

The challenge is simple: Go where God is calling you. Grow into who He has called you to be. Guard the excellent spirit He has placed within you.

Your excellence is not just about you; it's about the impact you leave behind.

Go forth and be excellent!

Excellence is more than a position you occupy; it is a spirit you cultivate and a lifestyle you live.

At #ILC2026, Pst. Gift Mueka challenged us to cultivate the spirit of excellence in every area of our lives, making outstanding contributions wherever we find ourselves.

Through the principles of Go, Grow, and Guard, we are reminded to pursue God's vision, commit to continuous growth, and protect the excellent spirit within us.

Excellence is a daily decision. Go forth and be excellent!
