If you’ve ever looked around your house and thought, “I know this could be incredible, but I have no idea what the hell to do with this floor plan…” watch this.

This house had high ceilings, great bones, and a ridiculous amount of potential but it was so closed off that none of it could shine.

So we designed it, opened up the entire house, and completely changed the way it looked, felt, and lived.

The fact that this is the same house is actually insane.

Some of the shit that goes on in the remodeling industry is absolutely insane. 😂

And the worst part? Most homeowners have no idea what they're getting themselves into until they're already thousands of dollars deep.

I've been on that side of it. I've hired the wrong people, trusted the wrong people, overpaid, been lied to, and learned some VERY expensive lessons.

And after years of investing, designing, and managing renovations, one thing became pretty damn clear…

Homeowners deserve a hell of a lot better than what's become “normal” in this industry.

That's why I started CFN.

Not to be another contractor. Not to sell you some picture-perfect renovation experience that doesn't exist.

But to bring actual design, planning, transparency, and accountability into the process.

We figure out the details, help you understand what you're paying for, and have a team that can actually bring the vision to life.

We design it. We remodel it. And we give a shit about what happens in between.

It's really not that complicated. 🤷‍♀️

Read that again. And again. And again.

Because some of you need to hear this shit...

Ever look at someone's success and wonder how they got the house, the car, the money, the lifestyle?

Or better yet, why not ME? When is it MY turn?

Here's the part nobody wants to hear.

It's all the shit you didn't see. And quite possibly, all the shit you're not willing to do.

The sacrifices. The financial uncertainty. The moments when nobody believed in you but YOU. When quitting would've been 7,000 times easier, but you kept going anyway. Sometimes fueled by pure fucking delusion.

I've been on both sides.

I spent an entire year barely seeing friends. Cut people out of my life. Drove a car I didn't love. Lived somewhere I wasn't excited about. Said NO to almost everything that didn't move me forward.

And all I heard was...

“All you do is work.”
“You never do anything.”
“Aren't you lonely?”

Funny how some of those same people eventually ask how you did it.

You cannot want someone else's results while being unwilling to make the sacrifices they made to get there.

And no, hard work doesn't magically guarantee success. You need skills, a plan, the right opportunity, and a market for it.

But when those things line up?

Sometimes the difference is simply how much bullshit you're willing to go through.

People say they want success until it gets uncomfortable, expensive, lonely, or takes longer than they expected.

Then they quit.

Meanwhile, somebody else is making the calls, taking the rejection, figuring it out, and showing up again tomorrow.

And eventually THAT becomes the person you're wondering how the fuck they did it.

I'm not saying destroy your health chasing success.

I'm saying stop confusing a hard chapter with a failed story.

Because sometimes you're not doing anything wrong.

You're just at the part where most people quit.

And what you do next matters a hell of a lot more than what you say you want. by @cfnmgmt
