April was such a fun month! 0️⃣4️⃣/2️⃣6️⃣ A lot of my work centered on the @worldchamphotwingcontest last month. What a way to enjoy your work and give back to the community! 🙌🏽❤️✨ The proceeds from the contest and festival will be donated to @ronaldmcdonaldhousewtnnear and I couldn’t be more thrilled to work for a better cause! Next year’s festival will take place on April 17 in 2027! Mark your calendars for a funky good time! 🥳‼️✨🎶🫂❤️🐔 A highlight worth mentioning: our partnership with @spartansonair took me back to my alma mater @whitestationhighschool_901 and I had a blast speaking to and working with the club! Happy New Year! 🎆🥳🙌🏽✨🎶🗣️ Whew! 2025 was a year for the books! We did some incredible work with clients and partners that I’m so proud of! We celebrated major milestones and wins, and onboarded new employees and clients, alike. Last year also brought about some unexpected changes 😳😱🤯, which can be hard to navigate at times. But when you know how to roll with the punches (and hustle just a bit 😂), and from whom ALL blessings flow, ALL will ALWAYS be well. 😉🙌🏽🥳👊🏽💃🏽 Looking forward to an amazing 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣‼️ If you (or someone you know) are looking to amplify your message and need help telling your brand’s unique story, send us a DM! We’d love to work with you! 😌🥳✨🫵🏽🫂❤️ #smallbusiness #boutiqueprfirm #womanownedbusiness #amplification #storytelling by @cgcommsgroup
Alright, Memphis! Let’s demonstrate why we are one of the most philanthropic cities in the nation! In case you haven’t heard, today is #givingtuesday! @givingtuesday is a global day of giving to organizations that give so much to our respective communities. Over the years, I’ve shared my Giving Tuesday picks and today is no different. If you’re looking for some amazing causes to support, might I suggest starting with these that are near and dear to my heart: 1. @jlmemphis has been serving the 901 since 1922! Some of our community staples (I.e. Orpheum, Memphis in May, etc.) wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for this organization, of which I am a proud an active member! (Be sure to shop at our @jlmrepeatboutique on Summer Ave, too!) Our programs serve children, parents, elderly, special needs, bereaved, teachers and more. 2. @rtbmemphis is a youth empowerment program that we have supported for several years now. People always talk about how wayward our kids are but don’t want to invest the time and energy to fix it. @mikemosby does just that through sports, music and personal mentoring. 3. @ncrmuseum is one of the most amazing places for culture, community uplift and hope. They teach us one of the most important things we have in this life: our history. I’m so grateful for their work each and every day. 4. @overtonpark is our neighborhood park. From the playground to Overton ”Bark” our family feels at home here. We are so grateful for their programming and want to do all we can to support them for years to come. 5. @airlegaltn is an organization committed to inclusion and belonging. They’re a nonprofit that provides services to preserve human rights, no matter the cost. I’m a proud board member of this organization and would be so honored if you’d join me in supporting their mission. 6. @creativeagingmemphis Creative Aging is an incredible organization that brings the arts to people who might not otherwise have access to them. From visual arts to music and more, they keep our elders engaged and inspired. 7. @memphismusichof celebrates the very best of Memphis music, which has inspired the world! They have big plans and need our help to realize them! by @cgcommsgroup
As a busy but FUN 🥳 month comes to a close, and I celebrate 6️⃣ YEARS ‼️ of entrepreneurship 🤯, I’m so grateful for the time I get to spend in the community… with clients, colleagues, story sources for @tsdmemphis, fellow @jlmemphis and @jlmrepeatboutique volunteers and all the folks who work tirelessly to make Memphis a great place to live, work and play! It’s always the gratefulness for me. 😌🙌🏽✨🤩 by @cgcommsgroup
Today was one of those days I had to crank up the @victrolaplayers and play some @earthwindandfire (and #Aretha followed) to get through the work day. 😌🙌🏽✅🎵✨ This music, pictures of family and memories of fun times got me through the day! How was your Tuesday? by @cgcommsgroup
Though this was a few weeks ago, an email from @american_heart just reminded me of what an amazing time I had at the Memphis @goredforwomen event at @hiltonmemphis! I was invited my sweet friend @jlmemphis_president who was on the host committee. The event was so heart-warming, from beginning to end. Can’t wait to attend again next year and I’m so thrilled to have supported such a wonderful cause. #hearthealthy #knowthesigns #cpr #strokeawareness #heartdisease #goredforwomen ❤️😌🥳🥂✨🫂🙌🏽 by @cgcommsgroup
