There are under three months left in the year, which is enough time to build real momentum and short enough that it needs a plan.

Skip the big quarterly target. Pick one activity goal per week instead: conversations started, appointments booked, follow-ups sent. Activity is the part you control, and it adds up faster than most people expect.

Sit down this week and map out the next twelve weeks on one page. Include the holidays, because they'll happen whether you plan for them or not.

The wins nobody posts about are often the ones that build a business. The follow-up you almost skipped and sent anyway. The conversation you had after a rough morning. The call you made when you didn't feel like it.

None of those make a highlight reel, and all of them count. Agents who only celebrate closed cases spend most of their weeks feeling like nothing happened.

People assume we're looking for sales experience. We're mostly not.

What actually predicts whether someone does well here is simpler than that: do they follow through on small things, and can they handle a no without making it personal.

Sales experience is easy to teach. Follow-through and how someone handles rejection, that's mostly already there or it isn't, and we can tell pretty fast which one it is.

If you've been holding back because your resume doesn't say "sales," that was never actually the bar.
