My Ambulance 🚑 Ride To @osuwexmed For Acute Abdominal Pain Which Ended Up Being A Gallstone With Infection & Sepsis With E. coli! I Was In The Hospital 9/8 to 9/15/26 & Received 5 Days Of IV Antibiotic In Hospital & 5 Days Self-Administered Via A PICC Line At Home. I Have A Cholecystostomy Tube Draining The Gallbladder & Will Schedule The Cholecystectomy Gall Bladder Removal After Seeing The Surgeon Again 10/20/26! At Least Cardiology Said My Heart Was In Good Shape, So I Got That Going For Me! taken in Gahanna, Ohio by @cgoddardmd1

I Finally Finished My 10th Day Of Ertapenum IV Antibiotic For E. coli Positive Blood Culture After Being Hospitalized 9/8/26 To 9/15/26 For Gallbladder Infection & Sepsis At @osuwexmed. I Received A Tube That Drains & Depressurizes The Inflamed Gallbladder Which I’ll Need To Have Draining Like A Colostomy Bag 4-6 Weeks. A Mid Picc Line IV Was Placed For Me To Finish 5/10 Days Of The Antibiotic. I’ll Get The IV Out Tomorrow At OSU Surgery Clinic & Then Hopefully In A Few Weeks The Surgeon Will Remove The Drain Tube & My Gallbladder With Its Huge Gallstone! Life Just Gets Better & Better! I Had To Sell My @phoebebridgers Nationwide Arena Tickets Because I Didn’t Think Going To The Show With A Tube Draining Gallbladder Bile Would Be A Good Idea. 😭💉🥁🎹🎸🎤🤘🏼❤️ taken in Gahanna, Ohio by @cgoddardmd1

In Hospital 9/8/26 To 9/15/26 & Survived! Admitted For Acute Gallbladder Infection 9/8/26, Originally By Ambulance 🚑 To OSU East Hospital Emergency Room, Had CT Scan With Huge Gallstone, High White Blood Count & Sepsis, Stabilized, Then Transferred By Ambulance To @osuwexmed & Had A Cholecystostomy Tube Placed To Drain The Infected Gallbladder. I’m Going Home On An IV Antibiotics That I Will Have Administer Via A Mini-Port Daily For 5 Days Starting Tomorrow 9/16/27 & Ends 9/20/26. Plan Is Followup With Surgery Clinic & The Port Will Be Removed. Follow Up 9/20/26 In Surgery Clinic & Plan For That Gallbladder To Be Removed For Good! taken in Columbus, Ohio by @cgoddardmd1

I Survived 7 Days Inpatient At @osuwexmed After A Gallbladder Infection & Sepsis! Now I Go Home On 5 More Days Of IV Antibiotics With A Cholecystostomy Tube That Comes Out Of My Abdomen That Drains The Gallbladder To Drain Infected Bile & Decrease The Gallbladder Pressure. Also Got A Nearly Full-Body CT Scan That Showed A Huge Gallstone In The Gallbladder, Normal Appendix, & No Signs Of Mysterious Lymph Nodes Or Cancer. My Brother Christopher’ Donated Kidney Looked Good. Kidney Function Good, But Now I’ll Need To Wait 4-6 Weeks For The Gallbladder Removal Surgery. taken in Columbus, Ohio by @cgoddardmd1
