EPISODE 5; @cgraber23 THE HEAVIEST WEIGHTED PISTOL SQUAT HOLDER‼️ A lot of people know about the pistol squat, but didn’t know the world record holder is right in our very own backyard in OHIO❗️ Chris lifted 77kg (169.8lb) for a SINGLE LEG PISTOL SQUAT for a @guinnessworldrecords back almost ONE YEAR AGO here in our neighboring town, Uniontown, Ohio 🤯 *A single-leg pistol squat is a squat performed on one leg while the other leg stays extended straight out in front of your body.* Many people consider the pistol squat one of the most challenging bodyweight lower-body exercises because it combines strength, mobility, and balance in a single movement‼️ 🎙️EPISODE RELEASES MONDAY; 6am All platforms: @spotify , @applemusic , @iheartradio , & @youtube ✨LINK FOR PODCAST IN BIO✨ #guinessworldrecord #FitnessPodcast #podcast #themorninglift☕️🎙️ by @cgraber23
