This island is the perfect mix of serenity and chaos.

For my crystal people, this island is basically made of quartz, so do with that what you will. 🔮

And Es Vedra, the “rock” I keep posting, is surrounded by so much paranormal legend that I won’t even get into it. Look it up! 🛸

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that this tiny island is also home to some of the most intense partying and electronic music in the world. 💃🏽🕺🏽🔋

“Bout to turn this function to Bonnaroo!”

The shenanigans were shenaniganing.

One week later and still riding that Roo high.

I always tell myself I treat Roo as a reset, but thinking more, it’s actually a resume.

A resume to my true form..to true community.

To get away from the mundane style of life we live and resume to true, care free, unapologetically living that we were meant to be doing.

Shoutout to my old friends, new friends, and everybody in between for making Roo 26’ one of the best yet.

36 trips around the sun and another one spent with my favorite people in my favorite place. @bonnaroo

Bringing in this new year of my life with a deeper love..not just for myself, but for everyone I hold close to my heart.

This life has blessed me in ways that feel undeserved at times, and I carry nothing but gratitude for the people, moments, and experiences that have shaped me.

New year, same intention…to embrace it fully, love deeply, and keep pulling and stretching life as far and wide as it can go!

Spring 2026 softball season has officially come to an end. 🎬

My Lady Huskies finished 13-3 on the season, regular season champs, but fell short in the Championship! 🥈

We couldn’t have lost to a better team though so shoutout to the Lady Bulldogs! ❤️💜🏆🫡

Between having my dad back coaching with me, first season for Mari, first season the Gray sisters are teammates, and having their cousin Ava as a teammate, this season produced some very rich family memories that will last forever!

All season, I’ve been very honored, happy and grateful to watch all of these girls blossom, learn the game, learn sportsmanship, be competitive, display teamwork, work hard and have fun while doing it! 🌱

They say the secret to a fulfilling life isn’t always waiting for the weekend, but finding joy in those “ordinary Tuesdays”.

And I stacked a lot of joyful Tuesdays while coaching these girls this season. 🥹

Shoutout to everybody who supported us this season! I am spoiled with the best parents and support systems that these girls could ever ask for.

SHWEWWW! 🥵

Not my best race, not my worst race.

Humidity had me COOKED, Apple Watch went haywire the WHOLE race, went out TOO fast, and the wall + cramps showed up at mile 9. But I fought from 10–13 and got it done. 💪🏽🥲

Running is honest and unforgiving.

The work you skip shows. The work you put in shows too. Such as life.

But nonetheless, great race day vibes!

Specially proud of @mellym3l’s 10K PR and my guy @yung__tv crushing his half!

Learn. Adjust. Come back BETTER! Also, such as life.

Not dwelling on my results because the positives of today absolutely outweigh the self-loathing! ❤️

Tulum: The Trilogy has been completed. 🎬

As expected, the energy was vibrant, the weather was radiant, the people were beautiful inside and out, and the music was fire.

I higghhhhly recommend music season in Tulum at the top of January.

Not even being corny or superstitious but there’s something going on down there, energy wise. ⚡️

There’s a special spiritual energy I feel, every time! ☮️

That Mayan energy is very, very real.

Me and @mellym3l said this would be our last January in Tulum(for now), but I truly don’t know.

Love to all the wonderful people we’ve met in Tulum, this year and previous years! 🫶🏽
