Dear Mom,

I would like to say thank you for everything you did for me. From the lessons you taught me to the way you were always graceful & kind to me. You were a beautiful woman of God who brought light to every room you walked in. It was not easy but you raised a group of young kings & a queen who will always make you proud. The moments we shared were some of the best times of my life. From the laughs, cries, good times & challenging ones there is no other person I would’ve wanted to share them with. It was an honor to have such a positive spirited person like you in my life to have as a role model. You played a tremendous role in the reason I am the young man I currently am & the man that I will be. We were so much alike. Literally my twin. I still think about the time you threw me a party for my 11th birthday. It was the best time of my life. You made my favorite meal that you’d cook of course. You always spoiled me😂. You always tried & did your hardest to make me & my siblings happy regardless of the circumstances. For that I cannot thank you enough. You were an amazing mother.

It is unfortunate that today is your birthday, & 2 days ago you were called upon to meet the Lord. I struggled so much thinking of a gift to give you during your fight. One that would help you feel loved & comforted. However I now see that it was God’s plan to give you the greatest gift of all, which is eternity spent with him. I am saddened that we are physically apart but I am glad that I know you are with God now & not suffering here on Earth any longer. I know that you will continue to be close & watch over me & the rest of the family. Thank you for everything. My best friend, my twin, my mom. Happy Birthday Mom. I love you dearly & will miss you forever. ❤️ by @cgxc_

The science of the 5-10-5. 🧪

Raw, unedited looks at the pro shuttle prep. We’re locked in on the transition: the lateral pivot step, staying in the “tunnel,” and driving through the finish. No fluff, just the reps required to move the needle.
