This Saturday Come’on out to @fenceroadfarmbrewery for an awesome bee seminar at 1030am followed by a mead pairing at 1pm in the event space. $30 gets you tasty mead by @tonyforder7 & small bites by yours truly.
All produce grown by @kwow7 on premise.

Well it’s been quite the past 2 weeks of nonstop insanity, and the first week soft opening. Here’s a little ‘sneakie peekie’ without giving too much away. All of the feedback to whom have come in has been amazing and appreciative. We’re definitely doing something different for the area and utilizing all local farms which if you know me… that’s something I hold dear to heart. Each week there will be different options for what’s in season, our fish will rotate regularly, and we’ll slowly add some killer ‘specials’ once we get better situated. It’s almost that time of year! To anyone that wants a care free Thanksgiving, fear no more. Catering pre-orders will be available online for purchase in 2 weeks. Pick up will be available and also delivery (for a fee) to anyone within 30 miles. Dietary & allergy substitutions available upon request. BEYOND ecstatic to announce that I will be taking over the kitchen at Equilibrium Brewery. I will be creating a whole new food program with locally sourced & seasonal items, BBQ is OBVIOUSLY staying, and will be offering a live fire cooking 1-2x a month outside… plus whatever other crazy ideas come to mind. Give me a couple weeks to get to know/train my staff, pit masters, etc, and feel free to come in and enjoy what’s cookin! by @ch3fica

What is this you ask?.. well all of my favorite cuisines mixed together in one. Chinese, a slight Korean kick/spin, and smoked meat…which is international, so I’m not sure what to call this either 🤣 But it will be on my pop up menu at very special spot, with very special people, in one of my favorite cities coming up soon 😊 by @ch3fica
