12 disciplined years later🌱…

What started out as wanting to feel like myself again and gain control over my body after my D1 volleyball career, ended up being one of the greatest commitments I ever made.

“Do something hard.”
Is what I tell myself when I want to bring out that side of me that gets stuff done.

My health and wellness is something I take pride in. No it’s not perfect, but it’s progress towards being the best version of myself. I am thankful for all of the genuine questions, comments, and motivation along the way.

I really could care less about the title. For me it’s about how I look and more importantly, the way I feel. I feel good and look even better, so the journey continues💚🩵💞 #plantbased #eat #hydrate #cultivate

“This is your gentle reminder to slow down and check in with yourself today.

Your body carries you through every moment, so nourish it with good food, stay hydrated, move in ways that feel good, and make time to rest. Your health and wellness aren’t luxuries. Your health and wellness are the foundation for everything you do.

Every healthy choice you make is a step toward cultivating the very best version of yourself.”- Chadé💚

My ideal self-care day:

Sleep in…and by sleep in I mean lay in bed until 7:30am.

Nevertheless, I woke up like this!

Move my body.

Sauna (always).

Cool off.

Pose!

Stimulate my mind.

Listen to the sounds of my Top 5 artists.

Eat a snack…be the snack.

With Love,

A Georgia 🍑.
