Happy birthday America!I was raised by Patriots and taught to respect everyone. We may differ in race,religion,political affiliation,sexual orientations, but the one thing we have in common is we are all Americans. As this celebratory weekend comes to a climax with fireworks remember to respect those around you and do your best to edify all that cross your path!We must understand that the men that created this great nation gave us a living frame work. A frame work that is ever evolving just as our society must evolve. Remember our history and those that gave everything so that we could have the life we have, even if it is filled with imperfections. by @chadcoy55

PSL Masters update;The squat will be sponsored by Hatton Strength, and he just upped the anti!The man and woman that gets the most reps in the show will get an extra $250 from the Quad Father himself- Lucas Hatton. That will be added to the $100 per event win that has already been set!The squats will not have to be paused, and you can wear suits and wraps.Hotel information coming soon. by @chadcoy55

I know I am playing catch up…. Austin recently placed 2nd in Ukraine… at the Arnold he also landed a podium spot. He added those to his podium at ASM.He heads out this weekend to represent our country in Bulgaria.I never achieved my dream of WSM(does being an alternate count?), but I think that has fueled me to help others in strength sports.I am so grateful to all those that trust me or that have trusted me to coach them.Looking forward to seeing how far Austin can go! by @chadcoy55

Very proud of Chelsea… life served her up lemons and she made lemonade.She battled the entire weekend at PSL 82 at the beach, and when the dust settled she was 2nd.Grateful to be her coach and proud of the fact we’ve had 5 shows together and 5 podiums. Looking forward to seeing her grow her business, kick butt in strongwoman, and build a life with her special guy. by @chadcoy55
