The level of hate people get in boxing is honestly madness. 🥊

Yes, we’re all different and we all have different views that’s boxing, and that’s part of what makes it the best sport in the world.

But sometimes, when you hear what goes on behind the scenes and see the constant criticism, you have to ask yourself: is boxing becoming a toxic sport? And how do people get better without falling short 🤷🏻‍♂️ by @chadda85

Months in the making to get to this point, and I’m buzzing to finally get underway with the @britisharmyboxingteam

The standards, goals and objectives are set 🫡
now it’s time to put it all into play.

A massive shoutout to the coaching team, support staff, boxers and especially Head Coach @liam_jones96 for making my transition into the team so seamless. Liam and I have been bouncing ideas off each other from day one, and it’s clear that our vision, standards and expectations align.

Now we get to work.

Unbelievably privileged to have spent the last couple of days in Sheffield with Dave Alloway, soaking up his knowledge and experience in boxing and performance coaching🫡

Dave is probably one of if not the most experienced amateur coach in the country with Five Olympics cycles and multiple world level tournaments 🏟️

Dave really challenged our thinking around session planning, week-long camps and keeping training fresh while still hitting the key performance objectives.

The past few months have reminded me how quickly life can change 💔

I’ve lost people I thought I’d have forever, and have family I hardly speak to anymore. Chasing my goals has meant stepping outside my comfort zone, but it’s also taught me that no success is more important than the people you love.💯

Life changes. People come and go. Cherish your family, value your loved ones, and keep challenging yourself every day to be better and set yourself achievable goals 🫡 by @chadda85

Rolled the dice and dared to be great. ❤️

Brad took a fight that so many would have turned down, stepping in to go toe-to-toe with one of the best prospects in the sport. He didn’t just show up he stood his ground, took the fight deep into the late rounds, asked serious questions, and showed the kind of heart and courage that can’t be taught.

He took this opportunity for one reason: to change his life and give his family a better future. His “reason why”is what drove him every second in that ring, and everyone who watched could see it.

Brad, you’re the definition of a true professional, both inside and outside the ring. I genuinely believe this performance has changed your life. The whole boxing world now knows the kind of fighter and man you are

Massive respect as well to @samhickey123 and his team. The respect they showed Brad after the fight spoke volumes about the people they are. We wish Sam nothing but success moving forward, and I have no doubt he’ll go all the way to the top.

The hospitality from @zuffaboxing has been absolutely first class. Travel, accommodation, kit, expenses every detail has been taken care of. They’ve left no stone unturned and are giving Brad the platform and exposure he deserves. Massive respect 👏

What does success really look like in coaching?

Is it champions? 🏆
Medals? 🥇
Titles and accolades? 🎖️

Or is it something much bigger?🤔

Maybe success is creating opportunities for people to become better inside and outside the ring.
Building confidence, resilience, discipline, and character. Helping someone discover what they’re capable of, long after the final bell.

Champions are incredible, but the greatest achievement might just be the lives you help shape.

2015 or 2016 ??? Completed my @BBBofC trainers license and what a mad decade that has been @crueljohno @boxingpaulmann @thedaleyeffect @danger_dna @nickbangblackwell @kevthorniley and more I can’t remember I still see all these top people on the boxing scene from amateur to professional still till this day over the past decade we have all had different things to deal with and some have probably walked away 🥹 but in this photo we was all keen as mustard to make a difference to someone that would listen 🥊 by @chadda85
