Discipline looks like many things. Even when you only have 30 min to dedicate to a workout, a Bible study, in prayer. Consistency leads to success and a position of humility and servitude leads to true joy. #faithandfitness #supplement #christisking by @chadhasten

PR week, all the Glory be to God!

Finally.. it’s been an awesome and extremely tough block of training under the incredibly smart @tywill13

New all time PR for me at 501lbs

Chance hit a new all time sleeved PR at 565lbs

Prayed heavily for God to just keep us safe and let us bring Glory to His name during these. Couldn’t be happier with the result!

Huge shoutout to @iron_muscleandfitness who has absolutely incredible equipment and atmosphere!

We just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU!

Thank you to all of the people who have supported so far.

It truly puts everything into perspective when you look at all the people God has placed in our lives so far, and thankful as well for the ones He has removed from our lives.

Thankful for every order, every shared post, every comment, every recommendation to a friend to try us out…

Truly. Thank you! 🙏🏼

All Glory to God!

Have been so busy planning the next three months for Fear Not Nutrition!

Excited for our quarterly meeting tonight with @chadhasten

Things to expect:
-New Supplement
-New Apparel
-New Flavors
-Tons of events

I know several of you have asked on an ambassador program. We want to do it right, and will have very limited spots, but something cool is in the works.

So thankful for the blessings that have been bestowed upon us by God! Jesus Christ is king, and he loves you!

Much love to each and everyone of you!

Though @keylimeskyee and I had $800 stolen from us by hotel staff @moonpalaceresorts , still giving God all the glory and praise for an incredible week away with the family.

So blessed to be on this family vacation, there are 15 of us here so there has been lots of laughing and incredible memories being made.

As tempting as it would be to skip the gym, it has felt so rewarding to stay disciplined and stay on plan.

We don’t get to take these trips often, so it’s been so nice to get to spend quality family time with each other.

Shoutout to @betterthroughthebarbell for the amazing shirt, lots of people complimented it and the message!

🙏🏼 We were talking last night about how grateful we are to have gotten to do @musiccityfitexpo @arkansasstrengthexpo and already on the docket for 6 more events just this year, to include @npc_battle_of_the_bend this September!

✝️God has truly been moving mountains for us, and we are so thankful to have gotten to meet you all, and thankful for all the folks we have yet to meet. We keep you all in our prayers.

👏🏼Please reach out if you have an event coming up that you would like as at, we would love to be there!

Wow! What an incredible weekend at @arkansasstrengthexpo

First and foremost want to thank the incredible @davidshirleyspf and @davidsoldlady who are doing something so special for the sport. They are incredible people, with a beautiful family!

We were lucky to meet David at @musiccityfitexpo we had just launched and had planned on going to the Arkansas Strength Expo in support of some friends lifting, and he graciously let us come be a part of this at the last minute.

We were truly blessed this weekend getting to meet and talk to so many of you, and watch so many of you conquer those weights and get those white lights pop up.

All the glory to God, and we are so thankful for the people he has put into our lives.

Thank you all for an incredible weekend!
