I love our little family. Closing out the summer in Steamboat has become the best tradition for us, 5 of the last 6 years. Thanks for showing off better than ever, Steamboat. taken in Steamboat Springs, Colorado by @chadmichaelgeorge

Happy birthday to my wife: my life, my better half, my everything. She challenges me to be better, every day. Sometimes I may get cranky because of it, but I appreciate it in the end. I’m so glad I get to close cabinet doors behind you and clean up the kitchen forever and ever. It’s a small price to pay to get to wake up next to you every day. by @chadmichaelgeorge

In 2025, your friends will offer to let you get married in their backyard. It’s very important you say yes 😜💐

Seriously, thank you @theamyhuff @kmorhuff and everyone else who came together to support our magical day ✨

Some of you might be confused. You’ve been to an amazing event in the past called Harvest Week, and now you might have bought tickets to a similiarly named event that’s NOT EatDenver affiliated. Well, I’m here to help you out if you want to come dine with us and our non profit partners. Savor The Season is what you’re looking for. We will be featuring six different restaurants each night, showcasing two dozen of Colorado’s best restaurants. We’re also at an amazing new venue this year where the weather won’t put a damper on the party! Get your tickets NOW before it is too late. I vow to support your dreams, even when they come with vision boards, color-coded schedules, and Pinterest-level expectations.
I vow to protect your heart, your joy, and your right to keep our kitchen slightly chaotic.
I vow to ALWAYS close the cabinets you left open with pure grace and zero anger.
I vow to listen — really listen — even when it’s hard.
I vow to laugh with you, dance terribly with you, grow with you, and never stop choosing you.
You are my best friend, my greatest teacher, and the love of my life.
Forever, always, no skipping tracks.
I vow to love you all too well… for all my days. by @chadmichaelgeorge

"Although I no longer own or operate a restaurant, I've opened over three dozen and remain deeply involved in the hospitality industry. Connecting with like-minded individuals, offering mutual support, and advocating for our industry are all incredibly important to me. My closest friends and chosen family are owners, operators, bartenders, servers, chefs, and cooks. I will always do everything in my power to support this industry and the people I've worked alongside for most of my 47 years on this planet."

- @chadmichaelgeorge of Proof Productions on supporting his community, and by extension, the independent restaurant industry at-large.
