I would have never hung up the phone.

Being a long-distance daughter, after my dad encouraged me to move to KY, was never easy. He was my everything.

I wasn’t perfect. Life can get busy and calls can be short. That last phone call wasn’t, I cherish it always. There are a few things I will always remember from that conversation.

It’s hard to know when “the last” will happen. I know it shaped me a bit differently since.

This season is always hard but harder this year without him here. I love you dad.

Never thought breathing would be so difficult to do 🫠😮‍💨

@chancecianciola making me realize I keep breathing up and in instead of down and out like I should in my belt. Foot placement felt way strong this week tho.

Wasn’t sure what I was gonna be able to squat this week.

Thanks for watching and supporting. Just here to document life as it’s happening 💛 by @chagurllll

There is something to be said about working out with people that are also there to better themselves.

@bodybutcherhan & @damtdi always there to call me out in a good way. I could have pushed that lest rep but I came around and did another set.

I don’t choose to be with someone because I need something from them, I’ll be with someone because I want to be. I already give myself a great life, even when I know there is more out there to achieve. #singlelady #housewife by @chagurllll

Finally 💛

Hope you are happy that she’s back up and running. I miss you dearly.

It all started because of you. I miss you. by @chagurllll

So which one is it? #life #goals by @chagurllll

Fall always seems to be a season of self-reflection.
It’s ok to step back to regroup and refocus.
I’ve been trying to skip steps and then expect things to get better.
Reality, slow down and do the work that’s needed to accomplish the goals you have set.
My workout kicked my ass yesterday physically and mentally but coach basically told me to stop being a bitch 🤣
Taking a few steps back is gonna help you get momentum to move forward.
Ok I’m done. If you read this far. Gold star for you ⭐️.
