Never thought I'll have to see this day! After a month long battle with the serious illness mom died this morning. I lost my best friend and only friend, someone who was always there with me in my ups and downs, whom I used to talk to all the time.
Don't have any words how to say it or what to say.

Glad that her sufferings and her pain is over but when I'll be okay again after this I don't know!

Nothing more to say
No more ace to play

The loser's standing small

This win is not mine, it belongs to my mother. Every evening we went out for groceries, and at the same time we kept searching for discarded Coca-Cola bottles with the offer label. We didn’t have money to buy them in bulk, so we looked around on the sides of the road, sometimes even inside trash cans, just to find one more bottle with a code. Sometimes she picked it up, sometimes I did, and we both smiled like we had found treasure.

I still remember the torrential rains. We were both out there, drenched, shoes filled with water, but we didn’t stop. She spotted one bottle near a roadside puddle, picked it up without hesitation, and said, “Every code counts.” That’s how much she believed in this. And slowly, we kept collecting, kept entering codes on the website, point by point, chasing the dream.

Finally, after months of effort, it happened. The Coke Studio Bharat 2024 promotion gave us this — an iPhone 15. Something that felt impossible to ever own. But the truth is, it wasn’t me who won it. It was her perseverance, her courage, her belief that nothing is too small when done with determination.

But today, holding this phone in my hands doesn’t bring me joy. Because mom isn’t here anymore. She can’t see it, can’t hear me say, “Maa, look, our effort didn’t go to waste.” She gave her all for me, even in small things like this, and now all I can do is remember her face, her hands holding those bottles, her voice pushing me to never give up.

This iPhone is not a prize. It’s a memory. A memory of her, of evenings on the road, of rain, of trash cans turned into treasure hunts, of a mother’s love strong enough to make the impossible possible.

My dream was to fulfill the dreams of my mother who worked so hard to bring me up from my childhood days to adulthood. And few days back, I took her to jagannath temple, puri which she was yearning to see for so long. I saved my money each day for this trip to puri with her and finally making it true by visiting there also we took the ride to puri sea beach in car ride which making it more memorable and beautiful. Fulfilling my mother's dream is my only dream and I've successfully achieved it by dreaming it big! That was my only momentum of my life.
