I don't know about you, but I am really missing my girls. My community. A sense of togetherness that a like minded group brings. Our new normal can be quite isolating at times, and while there is always a zoom meeting or happy hour to attend, it can still seem like we may never feel that true sense of community in quite the same way. . When we are feeling this way though, it is time to take a look at our Root Chakra. The Root grounds us to the earth and reminds us that where we are is exactly where we are meant to be in this moment. The Root also ignites a sense of belonging and unity. It connects you not only to the earth, but also to other people. Your family. Your commnity. The world. It reminds us that we are acceptable and whole just as we are, perfectly imperfectly human. . If you need to tap in today, go outside and dig your feet into the earth. Physically connect to it. If that's not an option, take a walk and intentionally notice the aspects of nature that you may not see on a daily basis. If you have a red frock or shoes, throw those on. Pay attention to the area right above your lower spine. When you meditate, imagine a red glowing light there at the base of your spinal column. You've got this. I love you. ✨❤️✨ . . . . #goddess #wellness #burlesque #chakralesque #restore #shaktibarre #goddessofshakti #vibration #fitspo #nycfitfam #williamsburgbk #rootchakra #divinefeminine #love #selfcare #chakrahealing #spiritualhealing #transformation #beauty #power #grace #chooselove #personaldevelopment #ritual #womensupportingwomen #essence #movementismedicine #breathe #dance #yoga 📸 @thestudio208 by @chakralesque
Sacred rage. The divine feminine force of transformation. Boundary enforcer, catalyst for change, destruction of false foundations. As a survivor of multiple SA’s myself and someone who has supported countless women and men through their own healing journeys after violence, shame, humiliation, and abuse left them feeling powerless - this week’s news is especially infuriating. We’re done being sad about it. We’re done hiding. We are DONE with protecting predators from the consequences of their action, protecting abusers from their own shame and pain. A dear friend of mine shared this on her own profile and got trolls and hate sent her way about it, so I take that as a sign that it hit a nerve with exactly the type of folks who need a wake up call. Keep sharing, keep screaming, keep standing for a new era. by @chakralesque

Ivey and I needed to get out. Three planes and a two hour drive later, the jungle felt like the right spot 😁🌸☀️🦜🦜🦜🦜 @iveychilders @energetic.intelligence @chakralesque @lunalodgecostarica #costarica #girlstrip by @chakralesque
Every year, a powerful group of sisters gather in the jungle to reconnect with our wild animal selves, shed skins, be in deep communion with Mother Nature, share our biggest dreams and deepest desires, and release our heaviest shame so we can spread new wings and fly. 🐍🪷🦋 A retreat, yes, but really a Threshold - into a new era of life and leadership. Into a new understanding of womanhood and sisterhood. Into a new level of agency, co-creation, and serendipitous community. Chakralesque, plant medicine, hiking, so many surprises…. If you feel the pull, reach out today. Bonus 1:1 calls and Early Bird discount for those who register by Oct 5. by @chakralesque

Good morning, Nashville - so grateful and excited to host @ecstaticdancenashville today. I chose “Synchrony + Synchronicity” as today’s theme. When we move to music together, and let ourselves BE moved, our physiology syncs up. When our bodies and brains align, our emotions and hearts start to connect. This gives us greater access to joy, to peace, to understanding, to harmony. If there’s anything the world is hungry for right now, it’s harmony. Come dance your way to more of it. 🪷 by @chakralesque
Tomorrow night, I get to live out a vision board declaration from four years ago - teaching Chakralesque at a big festival 💃🕺🏼✨🪶 Come dance, scream, meditate, gyrate, and levitate with me @deep.tropics in the Prana Portal at 7pm Friday. Chakralesque is about igniting your life force energy, expressing your emotions, embracing your sensuality, and connecting deeply with yourself, Source, and your community. I’m tapping into my old #showgirl vibes mixed with some sacred movement magic to bring you a version of Chakralesque that will move you physically and spiritually. Don’t miss it 😘✨ by @chakralesque
4 years ago, I put “teach Chakralesque at a festival” on my vision board with no idea how that might come to fruition. On Friday, 8/15 at 7pm, I get to step into the manifestation on that declaration, and I want you to come join me! Root to Crown Getdown just for @deep.tropics 🌈✨ by @chakralesque
Sexy. Spiritual. Powerful. Cathartic. Revelatory. These are some of the words that participants said to me after Chakralesque to describe their experience. Chakralesque, I realize each time I lead it, is more than a class or a workshop. It’s a deep opening. It’s a portal. It’s a transformational catalyst. It’s a rebirth. Thank you, Nashville, for stepping into this energy with me last weekend. Thank you @ecstaticdancenashville for the partnership. Thank you volunteers, attendees, musicians, angels, and powerful co-creators. More soon ❤️ by @chakralesque
