What a great District meet for my Wee Lass. Two Personal PR’s and a 4x100 PR as well. Three Gold medals for all three of her events. This mama is so proud to see all the hard work pay off. #100m #200m #4x100 #Track #DistrictFinals by @chalaseandfam

It took us a while, but we finally got back together; and no one was arrested 🤭 @bridoesntwanna and I have been separated for way too long, so we made up for lost time. These are a few #highlights… and yes that was the sign I held in the airport while waiting for her. Should have rented a van, I had a lot of people ask if they could join 😆 #Bestie #Mimosas #PalmSprings #Shopping Drinks taken in La Quinta, California by @chalaseandfam

My goal is to put the walker business out of business! Power comes from or travels through your core. Don’t want to shuffle as you age, don’t want to rely on a cane or walker, don’t want to be a cliché, “I’ve fallen and can’t get up!”. WORK YOUR CORE! Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am, 25 working minutes to age gracefully. @pursuefitnessclub 💪🏻 #Core #Workout #Fitness #Mossa #Eugene #Springfield #Oregon #OregonFitness #Woman #WomanFitness #WeightsAndWomen by @chalaseandfam

As a fitness instructor for 25 years, I’d have to say that @pursuefitnessclub has the best members. Thank you to all of my wonderful ladies and gentlemen in my classes that brought me flowers, balloons, and goodies… Don’t worry, we worked off the goodies before we ate them 🤭. #Birthday #Workout #Gym #Core #Cycle #Spin #NiftyFifty #cycle #FitnessClass #Mossa #R30 by @chalaseandfam

Can we just all agree that @sarahjmaas is a genius. I have been thoroughly sucked into this world… Correction, worlds of all of her series, now finding out that two of them are combined… This is a whole spiral, I swear if at the end of this book she throws in Throne of Glass I’m gonna lose my mind. And my family might report me missing. Only because I am enthralled in my book and have no concept of time. #Reading #BookLife #CrescentCity #HouseOfFlameAndShadow #Fantasy #CourtOfThornsAndRoses #ThroneOfGlass by @chalaseandfam
