A fascinating find during a walk through the forest after work near #stuttgart. This beautiful giant must be 100s of years old... Its moss soft like a pillow. Hope they will make something beautiful from its wood ❤️❤️❤️ #coronahair #vineyardworkers #forest #forestphotography #oldoak #latergram #nature #naturephotography #naturelovers by @champ_anja

I am so excited to support two amazing charities @hospitalityaction & @acf_uk. Colleagues from the trade have been a total inspiration, especially #huwgott from @hawksmoorrestaurants @_todays.special who brought many of us together to help out those who need it most in these times. The past couple of months have not been easy, now I cannot wait to get back to work & look forward to join with colleagues I admire @chef_chantelle @nunoviajante & @ikoyi_london & create a special time & memories for our guests who bit for these evenings to help our beautiful industry. ❤️❤️❤️ #thankful #help4hospitality #nobodyshouldbehungry #proudtoparticipate #resilience #hospitalityhelps #londonsommelier #charity by @champ_anja

Many have asked me in the past couple of weeks what we were doing all day in the vineyards at this time of the year. It is pretty tough work to keep the vines in shape. We tuck canes into the wire system & make sure canes stand up straight. If we would not do this, they would simply be broken off by the wind. Then we pick some leaves around the grape growing zone, for aeration (to prevent fungal diseases) and also to give the grapes some sun exposure. There is a whole science behind that: different grape varieties need different amounts of sun, and we have to make sure it is only morning sun which grapes are exposed to. Afternoon sun would be too intense and potentially cause sunburn! #welcometothejungle #wengerter #vigneron #beforeandafter by @champ_anja

More magic at Weingut Schnaitmann in Fellbach.
If you can sense the good vibes in a wine cellar, it doesn’t surprise that the wines are outstanding...
