I don't mean to brag, but yesterday we served over 900 items in about two and a half hours at an employee appreciation event. The day before we made approximately 200 grilled cheese sandwiches per hour on our little 36" x 24" flat top at a college campus. As long as our equipment doesn't fail (yes, it has happened once or twice over the last 13 years...) our systems allow us to be one of the fastest and most affordable food trucks for high volume events in Rhode Island.
