My heart is full, my bones singing... no words express the depth of gratitude for the work offered by @kimberly.ann.johnson and @emily.j.carson profound doesn't cut it! I took no photos other than these at St Nons Well in Pembrokeshire... the women, the waters and our bones. Thank you

❄️Happy Solstice all❄️

This podcast episode is too good not to re-release, in which Chanan Bonser shares tips and ideas for surviving the season.

Adding my top tip right here…

✨Be still and watch nothing happening✨

Yup. That’s it. It’s never going to be trade-marked is it?! But it’s surprisingly challenging even for seasoned meditators, and very challenging when the world is telling us to go-go-go. Yet a breath cycle, in the gloom, or with eyes closed, to observe the darkness, the fertile void if you please, is deep medicine for this time.

Loads more brilliant stuff from Chanan in our conversation, for surviving as an HSP.

It’s in my stories, my bio and you can search for Life An inside Job wherever you listen to podcasts.

🎄Go gently out there people: there’s tinsel about. 🎄

P.S. pic is of real actual mistletoe in an apple tree, non-blurry in stories. A young person of my acquaintance just remarked ‘oh I didn’t know it was a real thing’. Clearly I have failed in the earth-connected parenting dept. 🤣🤦‍♀️ by @chananbonser
