As someone who was born as an overweight baby (4.8kg), I've always struggled to achieve and maintain an ideal physique. The latest PRYSM iO research is getting really interesting. 🧬✨

PRYSM iO was developed to make nutritional wellness measurable through a simple, non-invasive scan of skin carotenoid levels. But the research is now exploring a much bigger question — what can a PRYSM Score tell us about healthy aging?

One particularly exciting collaboration is research with Dr. Anne Chang of Stanford Medicine, Department of Dermatology, examining PRYSM Scores alongside epigenetic and biological-aging markers.

The preliminary findings show that people with higher PRYSM Scores were associated with more favourable healthy-aging signals, with the higher-scoring group showing younger biological-age estimates across multiple body systems.

The analysis highlighted differences across 11 body systems, with the highest PRYSM group showing an average difference of around 4.3 years younger in the composite biological-age estimate. 👏🏻
In short, HIGHER PRYSM SCORE = HEALTHIER AGING!
