I am excited to announce my first acceptance to medical school! It’s been a long journey to get here, full of ups/downs and a lot of stress. Alright here is the official release of my 2022/23 season edit. One of the best seasons of my life. Can’t wait to see what I do this year. I am headed to my first competition in a few days to @revelstokemtnresort and could not be more excited to see what we can do this season! Pretty stoked on this 6th place run. Could have cleaned it up a bit but couldn’t be more excited about skiing right now. My knee is feeling strong and I am starting to have fun again, I love my team @uofufreerideteam . We have something really special being created and I am happy to be a part of it. Love you guys! Another shift with @timpemergencyresponse on Timp in the books. 10+ miles, handing out water to hikers running dry on the trail, and tracking down a separated hiker to get him safely reunited with his crew.
The highlight of the day was crossing paths with three women in their 70s charging straight toward the summit through incoming rain, thunder, and wind without missing a beat. Hope to be just like them when I’m their age!

Awesome day volunteering for the @cirqueseries crew at @altaskiarea ! Posted up as first aid/course marshal duties at the top of Main Chute—easily the best spot on the mountain to watch everyone tackle that brutal 7.1-mile, 3,000+ vert course. First official shift as a Timpanogos Emergency Response Team member. It was an awesome weekend staged up at High Camp where we filtered over 70 gallons of water for dehydrated hikers and even patched up a few bumps and bruises. Had a great time presenting at the Ogden Surgical-Medical Society. We’ve been putting a lot of time into this project on Plantar Fasciitis and are looking forward to starting our patient trials in the next few months after our IRB is approved.
