Under the whisper of Autumn leaves, as the sun began to sink toward the horizon, I asked the girl who has my heart to marry me.
She said yes.

I'm not much for sharing things on social media anymore, especially that I deem "behind the curtain", but I'll tell you that there were some quiet moments between the Lord and I a little bit before I popped the question that moved this beyond an already magical day to remember.

Thanks for picking me, @jenmasty ❤️

Happy Anniversary to my best friend and holder of my whole heart, @jenmasty 💘.

We had SO much fun with breakfast in bed (Jen whipped up some amazing gourmet French Toast w/ blueberry spread) and the awesomeness that is #HeartEyes.

Cheers to all the lovers and spooky folks out there!

PS: I didn't intend to catch this "basement shot" on screen but we're not apologizing. by @chancekelley

Recently found this 💎 of a #behindthescenes shot haunting my phone from either 🎬 #TheOriginals Crescent Pack #Werewolf days or from the #Aussie f--k #CreatureFeature days. Can't remember.

Either way, I miss being covered in blood (why do I always have to die?!) and (as @nicnemeth used to say) being "Blonder, Tanner, Hotter". 😆 Time to roll that sht back.

Do I miss acting? You bet your ass, I do.

What we've been developing, building, creating these last years is exponentially worth it though.
More on that another time...

Also, I have the inclination that I'm not quite finished playing pretend in front of the camera just yet. We'll see.

🇦🇺 Aussie mail coming in 🔥.

@umbrellaentertainment doing awesome things as usual. Thanks for the fantastic releases and genuine care y'all put into everything. Cheers.

Stoked to have my mits on this #Hardware #MARK13 4K with all of the bells and whistles, the massively underrated radness that is #Triangle and I've never seen #Timecrimes so lfg on that. I've heard good things.

Obviously I'm looking forward to watching this but tbh, the very first thing I'm going to do is read the unproduced screenplay for #Hardware2.

Also, hoping we can get a 4K release of #DustDevil.

At any rate, I'm looking forward to whatever #RichardStanley does next.

I finished reading #DanSimmons #SummerOfNight about a week ago and my thoughts have often meandered to it since.

"It is the summer of 1960, and someone- or something- is stalking the young people of Elm Haven, Illinois. One child has already disappeared, perhaps in the twisted, ancient depths of Old Central, the hulking relic of a school which stands like a fortress in the center of town.
Strange things have been heard- voices, whispers, rustlings in the night. For one boy, the tragically gifted son of a bitter alcoholic, it starts with a curious, terrifying voice over a radio tuned to a midnight frequency. Others have felt unsettling sensations- a mysterious rush of cold air in the heat of summer, an unexplainable fear of the dark..."

The description on the inner sleeve continues on, but you get the gist... or do you? This doesn't even scratch the surface.

Without giving anything away, this is a coming-of-age set horror story with supernatural elements and one hell of an inventive and unexpected big bad. It's one of the coolest books I've read since I was twelve and read Stephen King's IT for the first time.

One novel into his catalog, and I'm a Dan Simmons fan. Deftly dropping the reader into this nostalgic era, he hooks your heart with these characters which, of course, makes everything poignant and suspenseful, raising the stakes. No one feels safe and the twists, turns and the reveals... the reveals are wild.

Highly recommending this one.

I've been waiting years for a full-on remastered bells and whistles release of this film. This gorgeous 4K more than fits the bill. I'm totally stoked to have this in hand!

Yes, the #Fastway soundtrack is included. 🤘🏻

My VHS copy has a big brother.

All treats, no tricks with this release.
