Discipline looks like many things. Even when you only have 30 min to dedicate to a workout, a Bible study, in prayer. Consistency leads to success and a position of humility and servitude leads to true joy. #faithandfitness #supplement #christisking by @chanceskaggs

3 PRs!!! 565 Sleved Squat. 415 Bench. 600 Deadlift. This prep was not easy. My weakest and most mental battle in Deadlift became the lift that felt the best! After throwing my back out 4 years ago chasing 600, through God I remianed mentally strong! He gave me the strength to hit the goal I have been chasing! So blessed to do it along side my best friend @thenerdspub ! Thank you so much to another one of my best friends and awesome coach @tywill13 ! Praise God for the success I had! Thank you to @fearnotnutrition for the supplements that fueled me to hit these PRs! Thank you to @barbarianfitness.co and @savage_life_co for the apparel to do it in style! On to the next prep! by @chanceskaggs

PR week, all the Glory be to God!

Finally.. it’s been an awesome and extremely tough block of training under the incredibly smart @tywill13

New all time PR for me at 501lbs

Chance hit a new all time sleeved PR at 565lbs

Prayed heavily for God to just keep us safe and let us bring Glory to His name during these. Couldn’t be happier with the result!

Huge shoutout to @iron_muscleandfitness who has absolutely incredible equipment and atmosphere!

We just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU!

Thank you to all of the people who have supported so far.

It truly puts everything into perspective when you look at all the people God has placed in our lives so far, and thankful as well for the ones He has removed from our lives.

Thankful for every order, every shared post, every comment, every recommendation to a friend to try us out…

Truly. Thank you! 🙏🏼

All Glory to God!

Had a little bit of an oopsie on squat this week.

You can tell on the unrack the bar was off, but all my brain blood was in my legs so I just went.

Nick- 470lb top set
Chance- 520lb top set

Deload next week then @chanceskaggs and I are going for PRs

Hopefully the @wardoughcookies won’t be completely sold out, we have been fiending for them after these heavy days haha!

Chance’s squat flew up, excited to see where he’s at next PR day!

All the glory be to God, a long ways to go but so thankful for the journey here! Even in the storms we praise His name!

🫤 I’m traditionally someone who avoids Vanilla protein…

🍦But the Vanilla Peanut Butter Cup Swirl just slaps.

👉If you have had boring, bland, or even poor tasting protein powders before… let those rest in the past and give this one a try!

✝️All the glory be to God!

So blessed to enter our 4th month of Fear Not Nutrition

My brother Chad and I started this company to help people reach their goals, while spreading the gospel of Christ.

We are still a small start up, but we are so blessed for that. We are building our core circle. We definitely will not forget a single one of you who were a part of the beginning of Fear Not as we continue to grow this company.

We love each and every one of you.

All the glory to God.
