I always knew..

I would travel and be on camera.

100% that was how I would dress up for career day as a kid and tell people I was a talk show host. 🎤

But I never knew it would become my career so “quickly.” As a content creator, producer, and founder. (Hey, Feminine Alpha ❤️‍🔥) Years of experimenting and fumbling now powerfully coming together to seem like an overnight manifestation.

Where I connect, partner and grow with so many amazing people to support women + the feminine across major industries. Startup, fintech, creator economy, web3, finance, coaching, leadership, media…

These past 6 months have been a whirlwind of constant external movement- interviewing, networking, packing, filming, packing again, strategizing, editing content that didn’t save. And also internal movement of being soooooo incredibly uncomfortable as I build a new kind of media agency and sense of self alongside it.

Now it’s time to process, reflect, post and plan. I’m so excited for the next adventures of content creation and media coverage I do with Feminine Alpha. To platform women founders, visionaries and creators who navigate their feminine energy while doing the work. And covering the events of their companies and communities that align with these values.

Playing big means being seen and feeling small.

Whether you’re seen by hundreds or thousands, or you’re putting in the work and it feels like you’re shouting into the abyss.

But I’m proud of this video. I talk about 6 feminine energy principles every woman entrepreneur needs, and how to actually use them.

My voice, my production, my messaging, all of it has grown so much since I really moved into media. Which is why I also help clients with voice and visibility.

It takes time. It takes reps. And it takes choosing to keep posting for purpose, not validation.

Being seen trying is the real growth.

Perfectionism out here tricking us into thinking we aren’t creative enough. 🙃

Waiting until something is “good enough” to share is the biggest scheme, because what we create is valuable simply because we made it.

And if it’s skill you’re seeking, you HAVE to practice. Imperfectly. Repeatedly. Sometimes publicly.

So here’s my imperfect solution because self sabotaging goals is not for my future self, wbu?

Here’s to more women founders having fun 🌞

This summer I’m choosing to ritualize my joy just as much as I’m focused on building. The lesson has been that operating from a stressed, forceful frequency just to still feel behind by my own expectations is not it. The journey isn’t to joy it’s in and through joy, yet somehow this is a consistent pattern I alwayssss revisit.

A continual practice of more presence, intentional work, honoring my human design, and dancing at sunset with my people.
