Our Shop Hours… A couple of years ago, we made the very difficult decision, to alter the hours that we are open to the public for shopping. As many of you remember, we started closing the shop during our weekly classes so that Saira could focus on the students. We have been able to reopen the shop on Mondays when Ariana is there for the retail business, while we remain closed on Wednesdays from noon to 2 for class time. We also decided at that time to close the shop on Tuesdays to retail. This is not a day off for us, but a day that is spent restocking, checking inventory and ordering, putting out new items, placing special orders, putting together kits, working with vendors and designers and all that it takes behind the scenes to keep the shop going and all the activities coming for you. We hope you understand that we need this time on Tuesdays in order to better serve you. And as a reminder, we are open late Monday evenings until 8 PM in order to help offset any inconvenience. We are flattered by and grateful for your patronage. We hope that you will continue to support our efforts at Chandail to better serve you. Please remember to check the website for any updates to shop hours as occasionally we need to close for special circumstances. Our website is updated daily and is open 24/7 for shopping. 💌🧵 STITCH MAIL MONDAY: ROAD EDITION! 🚗✨ Y’all, I had a little kitting fun this weekend at Chandail Needlework and @howdyhoneyneedlepoint and I’ve got some pretties to share! A little bit of this, a little bit of that, and some lagniappe thrown in for good measure! 💁‍♀️ 🐔 Thread Chicken from Kit & Caboodle — If ever there was a canvas made for me, this might be it! Considering my recent victory playing actual thread chicken, you KNOW I had to have this one. SO much fun to stitch! 🐰 Dream Time by Maja Lindberg, purchased from A Stitch in Time — Y’all, this bunny is too stinkin’ cute! Picked up some Fuzzy Stuff because obviously this little darling needs to be properly fluffy. We have standards around here! 🪡 Serial Hobbyist from Friend of Mine — Well, if that isn’t a personal attack disguised as a needlepoint canvas! 😂 I see a pillow in my future. Sometimes you just have to embrace who you are! ❤️ Love You Big Time from Fence Line Needlepoint — The name says it all! Sometimes sweet and simple is just what you need. 🌼 Garden Club Daisy from @morganjuliadesigns — Last but certainly not least, a little flower power! Who doesn’t need a happy little daisy? Pure sunshine on canvas! Now, for something you’ll have to wait until next week to see! 👀 The fabulous Saira at Chandail helped me kit the top portion of my VERY FIRST needlepoint stocking! Y’all… BEADS! CRYSTALS! SHIMMERING THREADS! OH MY! ✨ She also helped with stitch selections, and I cannot WAIT to get started! Did I remember to take pictures before leaving town?
