Taanishi Kiyawaaw (hello everybody)! My name is Chanelle Munroe.

Thank you for being here!

I’m proud to be the world’s only professional female Métis magician. My magic show is unlike any other, weaving Métis storytelling, culture, and Indigenous excellence into every performance.

✨Every Spirit Bear tells a story.✨

This work is deeply personal to me.
These teachings were passed down from my Mother, who taught Indigenous Art Therapy across Manitoba.

Now, I carry that forward.

In this workshop, participants don’t just paint —
they share their stories, reconnect with identity, and express what’s often hard to put into words.

Each Spirit Bear tells a story.
And every story matters.

🌬️ We are all from Creator. We were meant to create.

Now booking 2026 dates for:
• First Nations communities
• Schools & youth conferences
• Health & wellness programs

🦃🍁 Happy Canadian Thanksgiving! 🇨🇦

This Thanksgiving, we’ve got our own little turkey in the oven! 😂👶

@chanelle_munroe and I are celebrating with family at @djaysrestaurant a place that holds a very special meaning for us. ❤️ It’s actually where Chanelle and I first met! Who would’ve thought that years later, we’d be back here celebrating Thanksgiving with a little turkey of our own on the way! 🍼✨

Life really does have a magical way of coming full circle! ❤️

Wishing all our friends and family across Canada a very Happy Thanksgiving! We’re feeling extra thankful and blessed this year! 🍁🦃

This is a photograph of my Great Grandpa, Great Aunties, and Great Uncles who attended Middlechurch Residential School. My Great Grandpa Ross is top left.

My Great Aunty Tulsie said whenever she spoke her Cree language at school, the nuns would punish her by pulling out her tongue and stabbing it with sewing needles. She was just a small child.

That is one of the truths from my family that I can share on Truth and Reconciliation Day.

There are many more terrible truths, and more brutal stories to tell, but they are too hard to share.

I am proud that our country made today a National holiday so we can all reflect on what reconciliation means and move forward together in a good way.🧡🪶 by @chanelle_munroe

Representation isn't a buzzword. It's a girl seeing herself on the page and realizing: if she can do it, so can I. "This is exactly why I wrote this book." 💫
✨Author Connie Boyd showing "The Power of Magical Women" to Anna, a young enthusiast creating a moment when dreams stop feeling impossible.
✨The magician on that page? @chanelle_munroe — further proof that magic isn't just tricks and illusions. It can be a force for helping others, promoting wellness, and healing. 📖
