it’s v fitting that my first pole session of 2025 was a freestyle jam w/ @houseofyiru @kumquatjellypole as they get ready for their debut next week 🙂‍↕️♥️

wanted to share this specific sequence bc i love it a lot more than i’d initially thought? should i just embody The Ring vibes in my flows from now on???

prompt: HAUNT US!
song: human - sevdaliza

a pole session where 90% of what i ended up doing was flow and floorwork. who am i???

feeling inspired by all the flows i’ve been seeing @thatpolespresso @kumquatjellypole @houseofyiru doing and dancing together 🙂‍↕️🫶🏻 ♥️

also feel like i’m still harnessing the energy cultivated from the brown sugar experience workshop from a couple of weeks ago hehe ✨
