Sharing a look at how the Cone shoot came together.

I didn’t plan on being in front of the camera for this one, but @channiee_lu made it easy to settle in, and @mynamese saw the vision from the start. He kept us in the right positions and just kept flowing

Good clothes should feel thought through from start to finish. Made with intention.

For this project with Cone Denim, I focused on the details and the overall balance of the jackets. Every part needed to matter.

These are the finished versions!
A new silhouette that still feels familiar because it was made with care.

I put the 20 yards of fabric @conedenim sent to good use.

The sketches are getting clearer.
My patterns are tightening up. I’m learning when to add and when to leave it alone.

I’ve been studying how fabric holds weight, moves, and settles on the body and I always find myself back at jackets. They set the tone for a fit and carry shape well.

This is the JJ Two-Faced Jacket, designed and sewn in two versions: one in hickory stripe and one in Cone’s original midweight denim.

The Pocket paneling forms a mirrored double-J across the front, I see it as quiet signature built into the cut vs. printed on top.

The focus was structure, movement, and longevity.
People think denim is too tough to be comfortable, but with the right pattern, it moves with you

Cone Denim has been a true original since 1891. Their legacy shaped denim as we know it today, marked by innovation and trust that continues to set the standard for the industry.
