Defeatism is my greatest concern, not climate change or the current myriad of global crises. Choice by choice we got here. Choice by choice we will get out of here. Our mundane daily choices may seem irrelevant; they are more relevant than ever. Instead of what do you hope for…..I ask How do you HARNESS LOVE ☀️ One step in the right direction 📜is all we need 🌹 by @chantale_courtemanche
So many memories of being at skate parks with my children when they were young, West Van/North Van. ~ some fresh air exercise ~ Alabaster disaster getting over her awkwardness slowly 🌹 Gratitude 📜 Art appreciation…does anyone know who did this snake? 🐍 Local talent & #love by @chantale_courtemanche
My Grandma gave me this shirt over a decade ago. “Always be the free spirit you were meant to be.” I think it’s meant to be pajamas but I wear it however I like. It sounds cliché but actually keeping your spirit free (and being a free spirit) in this world takes grit, devotion and every ounce of energy you’ve got. Imagination is a spiritual technology, use it to generate the kind of world you would be proud to leave our babies. 🌹🫶🏽 #free #spirit by @chantale_courtemanche
If earth 🌍 was a Mother… “The Mother 🌍 is not calling us to save her, she is calling us to remember we belong.” This was one of the most impactful quotes or things said during the full day of live ceremony held on October 17th around the globe by Origin. If you haven’t checked out the work of Dr. Zach Bush I highly recommend. @zachbushmd @ourorigin.earth You know how sometimes the best recipes you get are the simplest? Do you think it’s also possible that some of the best answers to our obvious failings as human beings and societies are the most basic answers? Maybe the Regeneration of our planet begins with us reconnecting to her and knowing we belong. I love🪞🪞🌹you by @chantale_courtemanche
This was the first year leading up to my birthday I legitimately forgot how old I was turning. Is that a milestone?🤷🏻‍♀️ 46 years to unlearn every lie I have ever been told about beauty and become comfy in my own skin. 46 years to fall deeply in love with nature and marvel at how she loves me back. The water can be muddled and full of debris but purity is not lost on those who seek it out. 🪞 If you are feeling the nudge to take THE plunge into the unknown… Now is the time lovebug💌 #asmr #unknown by @chantale_courtemanche
This is for someone very specific. Maybe it’s you 🦁🍒 Level up. Go back into the cave for those still in chains. 😇 #levelup #god by @chantale_courtemanche
Touch grass love bugs❤️ #earthing #grounding #antiinflammatory #antiaging #nature Our feet have 26 bones, 33 joints and over 100 muscles and tendons. Walking barefoot wakes up thousands of nerve endings in your feet chickadee! 🐥 This is your built in connection to the earth beneath you (like your charging cable for your phone 📱😊). Each step barefoot isn’t just movement, it’s a signal to your brain 🧠 improving balance, posture and awareness. Earth’s surface holds a continuous negative electrical charge from global atmospheric electric circuits. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ The Earthing Hypothesis suggests that there is an electron transfer when you touch the earth directly allowing free electrons to move into our bodies. Sooooooooo cool.😎 The core idea is that these absorbed electrons act as natural antioxidants, neutralizing positively charged free radicals to lower chronic inflammation. Seriously bro.🪐🌎 Brb I’m running outside to touch grass ☀️ Love you 🥰 by @chantale_courtemanche

Hyper Individuality has caused nothing but harm. Also, it is a lie. Just as the mycelium is connected throughout the forest floor, we as humans are all connected across the globe. After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. Rev 7:9 by @chantale_courtemanche
Adopt a beautiful elderly person in your local community (or many) and see how rich they make your life. It will take effort, time and energy and it’s worth it. What you will receive will be more than you give. I promise. by @chantale_courtemanche
