☀️ I’m aware I have big energy and sometimes there’s this worry of being too much which can cause me to shrink. Working on it through this song haha.

For me it’s important to be myself whatever the weather and to celebrate my power but also have an awareness of others at the same time. Taking up space but also making space for others to shine too.
Both are very very good! 🦁

Some things I’m pondering on….
♥️ I just want to sing man from heart soul for Jah/Ma love
♥️ I still get nervous in intimate environments or if feel judged/judging myself or feel unsafe (bored of this one, I’m 36 now time to sort it out love)
♥️ Love practicing!! Getting better!

Always learning!

Big upppp!!

Saturday was something special. 🤍✨

A huge THANK YOU to every single person who played a part in bringing ANTARMA Live in London to life.

To Antarma and all of the incredible artists and musicians who shared their voices, music, rhythm, poetry, heart and energy with us… thank you. 🙏🏽

To every one of our stallholders, makers, healers and independent businesses who brought their beautiful offerings into the space… thank you.

To our sound, lighting, photography, videography, venue team, food team, everyone working behind the scenes and everyone who helped before, during and after the event… thank you. None of these evenings happen without all of those moving pieces coming together.

And most importantly, to every single person who bought a ticket, travelled to be with us, danced, sang, sat, listened, connected and shared the space with us… THANK YOU. ❤️

Yesterday was a huge success, but for me the most beautiful part was seeing so many different people come together under one roof through music, mantra, movement and community.

This is exactly why SOMA EVENTS was created.

We’re only just getting started. 🌿✨

So much love and appreciation to you all.

There is a deep yearning right now for community. For safety, connection and a vision of peace.

Your sick of doing it alone, feeling like the odd one out, no one understands your depth, what you're moving through and that feminine urge to do it all alone and put on the "I'm fine, I'm a strong women" mask is just starting to feel too heavy.

It's Time to put down the mask, it's time for women to drop the act, I know you feel it too;

The urge to look into her eyes and finally feel seen

To feel her love as she embraces you after you've just shared something you've locked up for so long

To witness her, in her raw unfiltered emotion and know that you've got her

To finally drop the mask and surrender,in a room full of women who all feel comfortable enough to see you for who you truly are

The time for TRUE AUTHENTICITY is needed now more than ever!!! We are living in a world of AI and fake gurus

It's Time to build the village

To come back to relational living

To sit and be witnessed and be confident enough to truly BE YOU

You can and will only go to the depths of your being when you feel safe enough to do so.

When you signal your nervous system that it's finally ok to drop the mask.

🌹This is what my new programme will move you through, relational connection, full embodied identity and meeting the most divine part of you, coming into relation with your soul self. Who are you when you drop the masks, when you finally feel safe enough to be you!

We will move through the pain, blocks and the point of origin that created the armour you wear. We will, together, move through the fears you hold that prevent you from showing up in your full authentic body.

And we come back to the most purest, divine part of self. Our soul being.

🌀Wether you are the high functioning women who thinks shes already done all the work but struggles to connect with other women....
the mum who struggles to believe in yourself and your dreams because you don't believe your good enough...
Or the facilitator who has done the training but you have so much self doubt and still doubts your skills and abilities.

✨ INTRODUCING CHANTELLE | CHANT & TELL ’EM ✨

It brings Chantelle deep joy and excitement to express and share through sound, music and poetry. 🤍

She has had the honour of sharing her expression in many different spaces, from festivals and retreats to gigs and sacred ceremonies.

Along her journey, Chantelle has discovered that expression is one of her greatest healers and teachers. An ongoing path of lessons, feeling, growth and deep learning.

Influenced by her own life experiences, she alchemises the waves of feeling and emotion into creative expression, allowing what moves through her to become sound, words and music. 🌿✨

We’re really happy to welcome Chantelle @chantandtellem as part of the supporting line-up for Antarma Live in London.
