My summer began 6 weeks ago when I sold all my stuff, packed two suitcases, and decided to travel and figure out the meaning of life in true Sagittarius fashion. Life has not yet been figured. Apparently that takes longer than 6 weeks??? 🫠But there has been lots of traveling, plenty of good food, a little rest, a bit of work, a smidge of robbery, and a dash of reformer Pilates which I’ll never do again. I wanted a big partyI had a bunch of small onesI wanted to go to DubaiI went to Detroit lolI wanted to freeze my eggs They’re still warm🤷🏽‍♀️I had a lot of plans for 30. But as my father has always said “Life is what happens while you’re busy making plans”My birthday was perfect in every way because of my parents and my friends who went above and beyond. I’m walking into my new year, my new decade, with a reminder of what’s truly important- having two healthy parents, a village that lifts me up in hard times, learning from my mistakes, healthy communication, consistent therapy sessions, and getting in bed by 10pm.#thegrandmaisindeedthebaby and proud of it. 😘✌🏽 Cheers to WORTHY THIRTY and a renewed sense of self. 🌱🪷🧘🏽‍♀️ by @chante_adams
