A big thank you to @dessietaylor1 for coming up to my Solihull @property_and_poppadoms event last night and teaching us all about making the right choices when faced with enforcement from the council. 🙏🥂

Everyone stayed well beyond the ending time to hear what you had to say. You have a wealth of knowledge and experience that you kindly shared with us last night. ✨

See you all again at the next one. 🥳 by @chantellececile

✨Ofsted ready Care home for sale ✨

This property goes live tomorrow and I cannot wait to start holding viewings. It comes ready to go, and situated in one of the most affluent roads in Derby it really is an amazing opportunity for the right provider or investment company.

This gorgeous ofsted ready care home is up for sale. I have already had massive amounts of interest in this property and cannot wait to show you all the polished footage 🥂✨ by @chantellececile

Proud to be instructed on selling this beautiful 5-bed, 4-bath detached children’s home in Derby. What you’re looking at is a property that was already Ofsted-registered, meaning the fire safety and compliance work is done. This property has planning for 3 c/yp and is a providers absolute dream.

Spent the day here today with our videographer getting the full story of this place. The marketing’s going live soon and honestly, I can’t wait to show you what we’ve created.

Love my little business. 🥂 by @chantellececile

Thinking about leasing a property to a provider? I’ll show you what not to do, tell you what actually works, and take it up a notch by giving you guys some real examples of commercial valuations.

See you tomorrow Banbury!

Tickets are on the official website by @chantellececile

Not in a judgy way, but most of us end up taking our biggest decisions to whoever's nearest or whoever answers the phone/free. And free advice nearly always comes from people who've never done the thing you're trying to do.

I spent an afternoon this week with someone who's years ahead of me, and I came away with more clarity than I'd have got from a month of overthinking it on my own. That's the difference between people who are building something and people who are just commenting on it.

If everyone around you is comfortable, nobody's going to stretch you. You don't need a bigger circle, you need a better one. by @chantellececile
