Okay Japan trip photos start... NOW! Along with some advice!

One of my biggest recommendations for a Japan trip is to be thoughtful about the bag you bring PLUS investing in a passport holder! In Japan there's so many opportunities to get things tax free, where you need to show your passport. So I was very glad to collaborate with @poppybarley on this trip to show you the purse and passport holder I used! The passport holder was perfect for me and my husband to carry out passports and Yen, and the Bucket bag fit the passport holder and my mirrorless camera 📸! Such a perfect combination and very cute if I do say so myself 😌. Poppy Barley really is the best and I take their stuff with me whenever I travel! (No really look at all my travel pics for the past 3 years lol)

My fall uniform is an oversized sweater, pleated skirt, and knee high boots 🤷🏻‍♀️ even better when the sweater has little sheep on it 🐑🐑🐑

I WROTE A BOOK!!! Great, now that I have your attention I can gladly say, yes it's true friends!!! I wrote a book, Cottagecore Simplified 🏡

For all my cottagecore and slow living lovers out there I think this book is definitely for you! Filled with cozy ways to spend your day, regardless of the season, activities, quizzes and much more I think Cottagecore Simplified would make for a great addition to your bookshelf 💞

I wrote this book for @cidermillpress earlier last year, and I'm so pleased to have it released this year 🥰 I've always been interested in writing and it was such a pleasant experience to work with @lindypokorny , my editor on this book! Lindy was so sweet and encouraging and made the experience so easy! Thank you to everyone who helped with with this book! Special shout outs to my dear friend @lauren_park for both encouraging me to take on this project and letting me take these photos in her beautiful apartment, and my sister @chelseymerriman for reading through every word with me 💞

Also! Thank you @literarygarments
For gifting me with the cutest cottagecore dress!! I love her pieces so much!
