A couple of months ago I said I would never get on a scale again. I actually even threw mine away! It wasn’t moving and I was feeling very discouraged bc of a number.

Today I weighed (on my daughters) & I am 10 pounds down🙌 yes, it was nice to see. But I still hate that thing😜

The first of his lasts for middle school🥹 you learned so much this season, grew even more, and strived to do better than the day before each and every day. I cannot wait to watch you continue to grow and become everything you’re becoming.. but please don’t rush it! You are one amazing kid. I love you so much B! taken in Eisenhower High School by @char87__

Stay in the gym. Stay consistent. Keep eating your chicken & rice. It all pays off. Maybe not as fast as we hope, but you’ll get there. by @char87__
