Kyler Killar | Marquette University | Class of 2032

I feel incredibly blessed and grateful to announce my commitment to Marquette University, where I will continue to pursue my academic goals and continue playing the game I love at the Division I level in the BIG EAST.

First, I want to thank God for His divine grace in providing me with the ability and opportunity to compete at the next level. I also want to thank my parents for the countless sacrifices, unwavering support, and constant encouragement that have allowed me to pursue this dream. Thank you for always believing in me, pushing me to be my best, and being by my side every step of the way. I would not be the person or player I am today without yall.

Thank you to my Team 91 Charlotte and Team South coaches: Coach Flanagan, Coach Scott, Coach Tymon, Coach Nathan, and Coach Penafeather-Stevenson, for investing in my development, challenging me to become a better player, and helping prepare me for the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level.

I also want to thank Coach Werhane, Coach Hannan, Coach Byrd, Coach Moya, Coach Perun, Coach Bedell, Coach Bagli, and Coach Lohoff-Gaida. Thank you for your leadership, encouragement, and commitment to helping me become the best version of myself, both on and off the field. The lessons you have taught me have helped shape me as both a player and a person.

Finally, I want to thank Coach Richard, Coach Roberts, Coach Woodward, Coach Smistad, and the entire Marquette coaching staff for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to become part of the Marquette family. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity ahead and cannot wait to get to work! by @charchristblax

JACKSONVILLE ‘32

I’m incredibly excited and humbled to announce that I have committed to play Division 1 lacrosse at Jacksonville University! I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to continue playing the game I love.

First, I want to thank God for giving me the ability to play the game that I have loved since I was 6 years old. None of this would be possible without Him.

I want to thank my parents for all the time, sacrifices and commitment they have given me throughout my life. Thank you for always guiding me, supporting me and pushing me to become the best version of myself.

HUGE Thank you to my 91 coaches! Coach Flanagan, Coach Jake, Coach Chase, Coach Brayden and Coach Mike..for pushing me every day and helping me grow both on and off the field.

I want to also thank coaches that paved my beginning , Coach Radack, Coach Fusco, Coach Sheridan, Coach Mattsson, Coach Frood, Coach Schattner and Coach Tj Kemp for helping build the foundation of who I am as a player today.

To my coaches at Charlotte Christian, Coach Hannan, Coach Bobby, Coach Bryd and Coach Moya, thank you for challenging and helping me. I know I will become a better player and person under your guidance.

To the Jacksonville staff: Coach Galloway, Coach Munro, Coach JT Giles and Coach Perzinski.. thank you so much for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to continue my lacrosse career at Jacksonville. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust you have placed in me and I can’t wait to get to work.

Lastly, to all of my teammates, thank you for pushing me every day in practice, challenging me and making me better. I wouldn’t be the player I am today without each and every one of you.

I’m beyond blessed and grateful for everyone who has been a part of this journey. This is only the beginning.

Go Dolphins! 🐬

⚔️ BUILT AT CHARLOTTE CHRISTIAN | PLAYER SPOTLIGHT

“Culture isn’t defined by what you say. It’s defined by the players you produce.”

Corbin Corum (’27) is the definition of a Charlotte Christian lacrosse player.

A four-year varsity starter, Corbin has done whatever the team has needed throughout his career. He’s excelled at attack, made an impact in the midfield, and even stepped in to take faceoffs when his team needed him. That selfless approach is what has made him one of the cornerstones of our program.

Now committed to Pace University, Corbin returns for his senior season as one of the Knights’ top returning point producers and one of our most experienced leaders. His versatility, toughness, competitiveness, and team-first mentality have helped set the standard for everyone who comes through our program.

Corbin’s story is exactly what Charlotte Christian Lacrosse is about. Show up every day. Put the team first. Outwork the competition. Keep getting better.

The numbers speak for themselves, but it’s his leadership and character that have left the biggest mark on this program.

We’re excited to watch Corbin lead one more time before taking the next step at Pace.
