Hello, my Charged Up Family,
The color purple represents awareness for both #pancreaticcancer as well as #domesticviolence. As many of you know, my father passed away a year ago of PC, and my sister is a DV survivor, educator, and advocate.

This Monday, October 19th (on my fathers birthday), our standard Charged Up class will have a special meaning. Join us for the free Purple Party! 💜

Please wear your purple, and consider making direct donations to one or both of the following organizations. These organizations are changing lives in both areas.

💜 G.R.O.W Foundation @grow_va

The last Wednesday of May is reserved for National Senior Health & Fitness Day. Thank you to #SenatorTroySingleton for visiting @chargedupdance studio and not only celebrating with us but also joining in our workout. I am blessed to currently have adult students ranging anywhere from their 20s to their late 70s. We work out, we party, we celebrate eachothers music, and most importantly, we do it together with no judgment. I continue to encourage a healthy mindset at all ages.

If you're looking for a dance/gym home, void of judgment, and full of great energy, please join us!
