IT’S A MONSTER DANCE…AND IT STARTS RIGHT NOW!!! 🎶🪩🕺

FOUR YEARS in the making, and it’s finally here…

Jim Henson’s Monster Dance is NOW STREAMING on @amazonkids !!!

We had the joy of creating and performing original songs for this series alongside our incredible Executive Music Producer, @samhollander, with a funky fresh score by Tim Hare! Getting to collaborate with the brilliant minds behind @hensoncompany (Lisa Henson, @halle_stanford_ , @johnnytartags, @bryanoconnell, Russell Hicks, Tom Keniston, and THE Queen B, @samanthabergerauthor) was a dream come true. And the choreography by the one and only Mandy Moore @nopenother (fresh off the Eras Tour 🤯)… unreal. Watching these lovable little monsters brought to life by the award-winning Henson Digital Puppetry Studio was pure magic.

So many artists at the absolute top of their craft came together to make this love letter to movement, big feelings, individuality… and to Jim himself. 💚

We poured so much heart into these bangers, and we can’t wait for kids to dance, laugh, and feel all their big feelings alongside our monsters.

Turn it up and let your inner monster out!!

VAMPIRINA Season 2 is streaming now! We wrote the finale song, ✨Glowin✨!!

kenzi + @shaundixon are fang-tastic on this record and in this scene! Such a fun series!

And for the OG Descendants fans… a very “Set It Off” Cam-coded moment in this one. Can you hear it? ❤️‍🔥🙏🏼🦇

We love you, @gloriaestefan ❤️‍🔥

If you’ve ever wondered what goes into writing music for kids’ shows, come hang with us on Substack and check out our conversation with @jesslferrer.

A few things we get into:

🎵 Is Gloria Estefan a songwriting trade secret?

🎵 The surprising songwriting lessons hidden in ’90s commercial jingles.

🎵 Why an ’80s pop song might be the perfect reference for a preschool series.

🎵 Why kids deserve music that never talks down to them.

🎵 The tiny musical choices that make songs stick for decades.

PSA: If any university wants to offer a course on Gloria Estefan’s catalog and global impact… I’m available.
