POSTS STORIES REELS

ILLUMORIA(noun)- the realization that every person has hidden parts of themselves, a light they rarely share.

So many are walking through life half-awake…
Not because they lack depth but because they’ve buried pieces of themselves to survive.
To be accepted. To stay safe.

Think about it…how many of us have only lived as one or two “versions” of ourselves because that’s what felt acceptable?
We show up in curated, conditioned ways; polished, predictable, and pleasing.
We play roles. We wear masks.
We choose safety over soul.

I am not just one version of me- I am the wild one, the soft one, the sacred one, the shadowed one.
I am the goddess, the rebel, the healer, the personified moon. Oh Luna 🩵
Some days I glow in stillness, some days I burn in motion.
And I honor every version.
None of them are phases…they are sacred prayers waiting to experience this realm, ethereal lifetimes, codes of who I’ve been and who I’m becoming. They are ALL ME!
I don’t shrink to fit into one perception of me.
I expand to hold all of me. All of CHARISSA HARRIS.
Because every version is valid.
Every phase is divine.
And loving all of me is the real flex.

STRIKHEDONIA (N.)- The joy and pleasure of being able to say “To hell with it!”

I Hype me up 🙌🏾
I Gas me up ⛽️
I am a huge advocate for being your biggest cheerleader, it’s lovely to have support from others but you’re the only one that can truly validate yourself and your feelings.

Have you ever accepted all of you? I didn’t want to post these because I didn’t like how my tummy looked, but Fck it. I love the various versions of me captured in these pics. Plus I’ve lived in Dubai for 4 years and how have I not yet posted a photo of me on a yacht? Blasphemy 🤣😭 all because I didn’t feel like I fit the mold. 🫠
I don’t mean the mold of the Dxb girl, but the mold to which I see myself. Which is why it’s so important to just be happy with who you are today because tomorrow is not guaranteed.

I love myself and there may be elements that I’m not fond of but I’ve truly learnt to just be, I love my personality and how it feels to just be me and share me with others. Experiencing that level of self love is truly divine. It’s one of the most powerful feelings one can imagine. I long to live in that vibration always but when I don’t, I’m deeply grateful because it allows me to reflect and cast away anything that has entered my journey that takes away from that. It could be people, habits or just past thoughts. But we move! Here’s to self love. ✨💜 the continuous journey to discovering HER ✨

OPTIMASKUS (N.) – The state of choosing to view bad life experiences positively in an effort to reduce stress and grow as a person.

One of my favorite pics is above, magical and mystical and yes the experience of swimming and chilling with turtles in “unknown” water was lovely. The reality is, I got bitten and snapped at 3 times. Also I was in a constant trippy state, vibing so high and not very grounded so I continued to have profound shifts of consciousness making me feel crazy. Yet again 🤪
This lead me to see beyond the moment and view the depth of each experience.
Having someone very close to you can give them access to attack you when you least expect it, which I’ve experienced a few times in life; Not everyone that claims to be your friend is your friend. Sometimes people snap and they don’t mean to, it’s important to use your discernment, as we all have our moments. I do believe everyone serves a purpose in your life but when it’s time to end that chapter, end it. The snap of the turtles were a gentle reminder that anyone when given the opportunity to snap at you can easily snap. I tend to rely a lot on my intuition and float around but one of my biggest lessons is that as magical as this can feel. It is important to stay grounded and be vigilant and stay aware.
Also they could have just been hungry it is in their nature and when you’re a snack, everyone wants to munch 🤪

Why live one life? When you can live many…🩵✨ by @charixxa

I can honor your soul and still say:
this experience is not for me.

If you know, you know.

The healed girls understand this one.

LACONIC (ADJ): Saying much in few words.
This post may not be few words but this time of my life - I have few words to say, my face says it all. 🤷🏾‍♀️ the beauty of this place can be expressed in a thousand words but a photo will suffice.

It’s that time of the year again. I’ll start posting from years ago. I find it fascinating how we have been conditioned to think we can’t post anymore because the “time frame has passed” whose time frame?
Cause in my world- time is an illusion. ✨One place that will always awaken my soul. Like shaking and awake is Zanzibar- when I say I wake up I mean, I see and experience the oneness. My life is immediately reflected by the place and the people. I will always call this place one of my homes 💜✨ by @charixxa

AYNI (NOUN.) Quechuan
Sacred reciprocity;
the practice of
living in harmony
with the spirit of
the earth.

I felt a huge connection to my ancestors in Mexico. If you know you know. To be at the Pyramid of the moon during the full moon was divine timing in itself.. i mean of course, I am LUNA after all 😉✨The beauty of enrichment when you connect to the land of your past life and experience the transcendental moments of a rebirth, can only be felt by the “individual” words really cannot explain.
When selecting these flowers I knew my intentions were for pleasure and offering, turned out I used half of them for my spiritual cleansing bath, where I used ancestoral herbs, candles and crystals…
The other half I have as an offering to those before me. The amazing souls and beings that have created from the mind
It’s so important to remember that your soul purpose is to create… even if you feel like you can’t pin point how, just start creating in ways you already know. To create is to allow the physical world to reflect what thoughts and ideas you have in your mind, it’s YOUR birthright; the world is waiting on you!
Start creating the way your soul desires ✨

VEN A LA LUZ: Come to the Light✨

Did you even travel to Tulum, Mexico if you don’t have a picture with the beautiful sculpture Ven a la Luz? Which translates to Come into the Light. The most significant term for my life.
When you’re on your spiritual journey or better put-return to self…we often seek the light but what many don’t share is the time spent in the dark in order to see this light.
The beauty of one’s journey is when you finally realize that you are the light.
As I always say don’t ever dim your light for anyone. She stands strong with an open heart where nature blossoms ready to heal and receive her magic.
The irony of this picture- I didn’t like that I was not standing directly in the center, sometimes we aren’t in exact alignment of where we want to be but, it’s still a beautiful sight, sometimes all it takes is a few more steps to get to where we want to be …also the light was so bright behind the sculpture symbolizing that the light is often found behind the scenes… where many don’t wander. Which is why I urge you to continue with your path, no matter how low you feel, there will always be a spark that will ignite your new life!

Look into my eyes.. get lost, I’ll find you. 😉 thread lightly because if you drown, I’ll let you sink to the depths of how I see the world till you enter MY world. by @charixxa

THANTOPHOBIA (N.) the fear of losing someone you love. I think we all have this fear but the true fear should be losing yourself by not loving yourself. Sometimes we must retract to ourselves to love ourselves, looking at this amazing ocean the vast expansion of water in its natural form, the sky meets and they become one, nature always operates in love, how was this not created in love, with love, by love?
Isla Mujeres is such a magical place, divine feminine cosmic energy; the healing and power in this land was outstanding. I got to experience this place with my best friend and soul mate. I had to be free. I had to be me, it was the only way to truly access the wonders of this land. It allowed me to dive deep into my truth and the mask I wore for years, the reflection of life was clear, my thoughts and experiences triggered emotions beyond this realm. I became more ME.

The obsession to identify oneself with a job title has really taken the pleasure away from one’s life. It’s so important to see who you are beyond the titles that society has placed on you, who are you beyond your nationality, your race, your job, your relationship status?
What do you love? What sets your soul on fire? What can you do without a care in the world? This is you… who are you to this world and how are you going to impact and alchemize the energy that you interact with.

As we move into this new year (spring) it’s so important to do some healing alone, spend time with yourself and then be that authentic version of you. The one that loves without a care, simply because you can. So many of us are afraid to express love when in actuality it all we all really crave in the depths of our pure existence. We don’t see things as they are. We see things as we are, which is why when you operate in love it’s easy to discern when and where you should and shouldn’t share your energy, your vibe, your essence. Find the places, the people and the things that enrich your soul. Believe in you, the only limitation is the one you set for yourself 💜
