On Sunday we celebrated something very special… The Aligned Collective officially making Studio 222, their new home!

I’ve been actively looking for someone to share the studio for a little while now. I knew I wanted Studio 222 to become more than just a photography and content space. I wanted it to become a community space for women, somewhere to connect, learn, create, feel supported and simply be themselves.

I didn’t really know what that looked like yet and had always thought it may be another photographer, then about two months ago, I reconnected with my yoga lovely teacher, @sophiesoul333 . We had a chat about my space, shared some ideas and somehow, in a very short space of time, myself, Sophie and Jade have created something that feels pretty incredible.

With the help of some lovely friends along the way, the space is now ready to welcome you.

The Aligned Collective will bring a beautiful mix of yoga, sound baths, workshops, life coaching, book clubs, creative classes and so much more.

There will also be The Womb Room available to hire by the hour, for things such as wellness treatments.

My vision for Studio 222 has always been about connection, creativity and community and I’m so excited to see what this next chapter brings.

I can’t thank Sophie enough for what she has done. I am truly grateful and thankful for all the hours she has put in, all the little details, the decor, the huge community of women she had introduced to the studio, every little thing you have done has not gone unnoticed!

Another huge thank you to @jadehobby__ & @kat_merrell, so much love to you both!

If you’ve been looking for somewhere to slow down, meet like minded women, try something new, learn, create or simply feel a little more connected…

I think you’re going to love what we’re creating here.

Aberavon Beach☀️

It’s no Rhosilli or 3 Cliffs but if you look right instead of left, it really is so pretty.

This beach holds some of my favourite memories. We’ve celebrated birthdays, summer solstice and International Women’s Day here. The kids learnt to surf and bodyboard here, discovered jellyfish and all sorts of sea creatures. I took my very first sea dip here on a freezing January evening, which led to new friendships.

I’ve done yoga sessions, held women’s circles, photographed so many gorgeous women here, including some of my best friends during their pregnancies. I even went into labour with Otis here.

We’ve eaten a ridiculous amount of ice cream and chips, shared lots giggles and play dates, made fires, collected driftwood and shells!

And of course, watched so many sunsets! No 2 sunsets are ever the same, each one unique in its own way.
