Day 2 | Accessories 🤍

Again a snippet into some of my accessory work from last block.

Really slow and controlled movements for some exercises due to my back, keeping the load lower. by @charleigh_fitt

Day 1 | Accessories🤎

Minus my cable wood chops

Enjoy some accessories for the moment, back as flared quite bad again so so accessories also look a tad strange as I’ve had to do them so they’re comfortable and not causing pain🙏🏼 by @charleigh_fitt

Week 4 Squat and Deadlifts 🖤

From just before holiday

On both days, back was in a lot of pain, most it’s been in a while :(

But managed to 135kg on squats, was supposed to be 2 reps but called it after one as it was hurting at the top of the rep and didn’t fancy grinding out another with primary deadlifts the following day. But most I’ve had on my back since Jan🙏🏼

Then retook 180kg after taking it on week 3 but made it move better, only 5kg off my best double and was it quite a bit of pain too.

Hoping after actually taking a break from training - for the first time in forever, on holiday helps a bit but we shall see🤞🏼 by @charleigh_fitt
