FreeFarm 2026! Pics and vids -> 📸 @tendertoesmedia @mooseniac @nomadic.sy

This was seriously one of my favorite shows I ever played! It ended up getting moved from the meadow stage to the dome because of the weather but it turned out to be a blessing. The dome is such a vibe and it actually sounds great in there. The people of FreeFarm made me feel amazing and I am so blessed to have been a part of this festival since year 1! This show reminded me why I do this music stuff in the first place and had me so inspired to record more music.

@freeformfunctions has my heart! Thank you to the people who make this festival possible @jordan_host @benjiiholmes @nomadic.sy @hannah__mooney @maddieheitzig @afrosteeziac @drewskeyvincent and anyone else I may have forgotten

Hope to be back next year, maybe with some friends… *cough cough Cowboy Rocket club cough cough by @charles_daze

All the raw videos I got of my cover of Electric Feel!

Producing this one was super fun, trying to remake a lot of the same sounds in the original recording but putting in my own twists to make it mine.

But it really opened my eyes to the magic touch that producer Dave Fridmann put on the recordings for MGMT when I compared my version with theirs.

I’m putting it out in the universe that I want to work with Dave Fridmann or a producer I respect in the same way to bring my home baked songs to the next level, and maybe learn some of that magic. You hear @tarboxroadstudios ?!

I have this idea in my head I will have to go through an intense training montage and climb a mountain in the Himalayas to reach Dave but a simple DM or email could suffice.

Scenes from the desert @electrichoneyexperience

Have been blessed to get to play at this blast of a festival twice and I’m so thankful to Electric Honey for having me back!

First set was a solo set at the desert yacht.

Second set was the debut Cowboy Rocket Club set with @dangeruss_ @tytullar @tidepool.sounds with special guest @nick_shorts_ on kit number 2! It was spontaneous and chaotic which is quite fitting for what CRC has been thus far anyway 😉

Special thanks to @tidepool.sounds @loganjameslee @visualreprise for the pics n flix 🤙🏼

Electric Honey!!!
@electrichoneyexperience

This year was something special. My third year at this festival and it continues to surprise me. I feel so incredibly lucky to have been a part of this family. There’s nothing quite like it. And at the end of the day, when you’re cleaning red sand out of everything you own, there is still no question that it was all worth it.

I played 3 shows: 1. as Charlie Daze 2. with Cowboy Rocket Club with @charlie.koehler on bass 3. a late night guest set with @hucknprayband .

I was also so lucky to camp with a great group of people and I know we will all remember this weekend forever!

I’m so excited to get started on writing more music for festival season next year! I hope to see you again soon Honey 💛 by @charles_daze

Checked a long time bucket list item off my list last weekend and played a show in the desert! What a crazy time it was!

Huge thank you to @dangeruss_ @matthew.nelsonn @gonzo.dood and the rest of the honey crew @electrichoneyexperience for getting me on this lineup!! And what an awesome production you had

I had an intimate crowd at my set but they were so great! It filled my soul hearing their reactions and it’s been cool connecting with everyone afterwards!

It also got me extra excited for my next few releases, the first one being a psych-disco song which is coming out around Halloween. The version I played at Honey was an extended jam version and I’ll definitely be recording that jam version to be released hopefully shortly after I release the single.

Now that I have a set ready I really want to play more shows and I’ll be looking for opportunities so if you need a guy to open for you or play your bar or house party or your divorce paper signing or your lemonade stand or whatever please hmu!!

And I will be training mentally, physically, and spiritually in case I get the call to play next year. I have one guarantee if I get that call which is that I will be coming at y’all like Moo Deng.

Last but not least thank you so much @alexa.hamad for the pictures!! You’re the best!! by @charles_daze
